18/05/2025: It's my historic restaurant. I've been going there practically for over 30 years. When it was on Via Empolese it was called Trattoria da Osvaldo, and I remember that it was an obligatory destination for truck drivers. With this I'll let you imagine the type of cuisine and the quality/quantity of the portions, basically what perfectly embodies the phrase "typical Tuscan cuisine". The ragù has now become a "must" also for my children who I bring there periodically. Fundamentally simple dishes but like grandmothers made them on Sunday lunch. They also make delicious pizzas for takeaway too. There is no world without Il Portico!

07/08/2025: It was lovely sitting in a little garden. The people's English is a bit weak, but we managed just fine. After a few days of pizza and pasta, we were ready for a different meal. Luckily, they had a delicious steak on the menu. We passed several plates of pizza, and they looked absolutely delicious!

03/08/2025: I remembered better. We were greeted by two employees arguing over a pizza. We dined on the veranda, plagued by smokers (you can't have an outdoor space enclosed on three sides and allow smoking! Even worse if there are children present!). The dinner was average, the prices were in line with other types of restaurants (though I still consider them above average). The staff could be more attentive: I understand trends, but seeing a waiter in low-cut pants showing his underwear is out of place for me. The pizzas were salty, the appetizers a bit paltry and unimaginative. Cover charge and drinks were a bit expensive: a bottle of Fanta cost 3.5? I don't know, maybe I just stumbled on a somewhat uninspiring night.

12/08/2025: I've been to Only several times, but today I got the takeout poke for the first time because I didn't know you could make changes... and it's SUPERB! Delicious flavor at a fair price! Thank you! You were already a guarantee before, and now even more so ☺️

01/08/2025: To all German vacationers and fans of Japanese cuisine, For a more than reasonable price, you can get a taste of incredibly good Japanese cuisine here in Italy. The quality and quantity of the portions are perfect in every respect. Here you can truly unwind and enjoy a delicious meal.

31/07/2025: Local cuisine, very tasty. The owners are very nice. I highly recommend it. Parking for trucks is free after eating 😀
