03/12/2024: Senza dubbio il miglior posto dove mangiare all'Abetone ,esperienza di svariati anni e sempre al top, dagli antipasti al dolce tutto preparato impeccabilmente.

02/02/2025: We stopped to eat, a stinky mess they call polenta with wild boar and mushrooms... a kind of dog mash with the smell of poorly cleaned intestines, wild boar bristles in the broth and the polenta drowned in a dark broth, for €13 per person and, listen, they also charge €1.50 for a non-existent cover charge... once there there wasn't this "service" and it was better...

21/01/2025: Calling it a refuge is not very correct. In a shelter you stay warm inside. Prices are too high. A tiny tray of chips that literally fits in half your hand, four euros...for crescentina they actually give a tiny tigella...these prices are unjustified given that it is a place easily accessible by car so it really doesn't take anything to bring the raw material. The wait wasn't too long because there were only two people there anyway and it's great that it's also open in winter. Unfortunately we had an extremely foggy day so we will return to enjoy the walk and the view more.

17/02/2025: Per fortuna dopo tanto tempo siamo riusciti a mangiare dei funghi meravigliosi ed una carne squisita. Consiglio anche il risotto davvero buono. Ci siamo hanno fatto sentire a casa.

16/02/2025: Un punto in più solo per il proprietario che è gentile e ricco di storie da raccontare, il cibo (pizze e primi piatti) non ho neppure voglia di recensirlo, purtroppo nulla era buono, solo il dolce (profiterole..) si salva anche se in porzioni misere..

07/01/2025: Boh...anche per me non è un locale da più di due stelle. Cmq le tagliatelle saranno anche fatte in casa ma erano strascotte; sicuramente non utilizzano un timer o se le erano scordate al fuoco. Anche le scaloppine non erano il massimo per i prezzi che hanno. Gentilezza poca. Molto meglio l' uomo. Hanno messo in vendita perché non ne possano più probabilmente ma non sarà facile vendere... cmq non mi hanno convinto. E sopratutto non puoi mettere che costa pochissimo se hai prezzi più alti della media delle trattorie. Non esiste un menu' fisso. E cmq in due più un bambino s è speso più di 100€. Non proprio economicissimo.

02/01/2025: I had lunch with my wife on New Year's Day. Normal food, for my taste the dishes with mushrooms, such as tomino cheese and tagliatelle, are a little too watery, perhaps because the mushrooms are defrosted at the moment. Nice place with a nice view of the valley. As for the staff, perhaps a little more kindness and friendliness from someone wouldn't have been bad. For the rest, however, a normal restaurant. I wish you good work.

18/01/2025: Welcoming and pleasant environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Too bad for a couple of dirty cutlery that were immediately changed. A little wait between one course and another. Very good appetizers. Meat could have been better, difficult to cut (with unsuitable knives, although they were replaced with others) and in general served a little cold and not very tasty. Average dessert. Drank water and two glasses of red. Overall, the price is high compared to what you get and the quality of the food. (Total 138 euros). The "icing on the cake" was that we were not given the opportunity to pay via TheFork app with which we had made the booking, although the application told us that the structure also accepted payments via the fork pay. Among other things, there was a discount (25 euros) which we could not take advantage of. The staff of the facility told us that they were not sure that they would receive the payment, which is why, as we were hesitant, to accommodate them we paid by credit card to avoid misunderstandings. We were disappointed because, if the structure adheres to applications such as the fork, then it must be able to make people use the service, without making it a problem for the customer and making them feel even partially at fault. There was certainly a lack of transparency and we would have appreciated the possibility of resolving the matter by the restaurant staff.

05/01/2025: Excellent choice of pastries and ice creams. Good breakfasts and aperitifs. For the evening, great fun with the disco. An aperitif with live music is an excellent idea

02/01/2025: E il 31 dicembre, la fine del 2024 è vicina ed io insieme alla mia ragazza e altri amici, decidiamo d andare nella nota e unica discoteca dell’abetone “Lupo bianco”. Per la modica cifra di 60€ entrata + un solo drink (tanto per dire). Arriviamo sul posto dove ad aspettarci c’era un buttafuori infondo ad una rampa di scale, dopo circa mezz’ora ci fa passare, nel mentre saliamo le scale in attesa del dovuto pagamento notiamo un cartello davanti al bancone con su scritto “Guardaroba sold out”, dato sicuramente per la troppa gente all’Interno del locale. Sempre durante l attesa ci avviciniamo io e la mia ragazza davanti alla porta d’entrata aperta e vediamo un buttafuori avvicinarsi per uscire e senza alcun motivo da una spinta alla ragazza facendola sbattere su di me e la porta aperta dopo di che ignora sia me che soprattutto lei e continua ad andare avanti per scendere, Non contento io lo chiamo e gli faccio presente che ci ha colpiti…inizia così un accanimento verso di me molto aggressivo gli mancava solo la bava alla bocca, avvicinandosi sempre di più per mettermi le mani addosso dicendo che lo guardavo male, fatto sta che decidiamo così noi di nostra sponte di non entrare. Penso il peggior personale che io abbia mai incontrato… non posso commentare il dentro ma posso immaginare. Sicuramente da non tornare. Grazie per l intro.

16/01/2025: Very satisfied with my stay at the Hotel Tirolo. The rooms are welcoming and warm. Very suitable for staying with children. I arrived by bus with my children, the stop is right in front of the hotel. The hotel owner kindly agreed to take us closer to the track with his car (1.5 km, but it's not possible to walk that long with 2 children) He took us to the rink, dropped us there and when we finished having fun, we called him and he came to pick us up.. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was very tasty (jam and some homemade sweets) In case of heavy snow, a large space (run) for sledding is available next to the hotel. I highly recommend visiting this hotel.

05/01/2025: We chose this hotel to stay one night near Abetone. We stayed like this for a while. As soon as we arrived, we asked if there was parking and the owner accompanied us to it He counts the parking spaces left at his disposal, in a very annoyed way and leaves swearing. The place had been described as intended for children, but I found nothing related. Small room and even smaller bathrooms. Uncomfortable. In itself it's not a bad place, but it's not ideal for families. But for couples who want to retire without children. As a position I don't find it comfortable, even if it says otherwise in the description. There are no sidewalks to reach the chairlifts and cable cars. Furthermore, I noticed that on Booking it said "dogs allowed on request, an additional fee is possible" and when I arrive at the entrance door there is a beautiful sticker depicting a dog and a beautiful cross above... meaning I don't can I come in...

15/02/2025: An indecent thing, leftover food from New Year's Eve and defrosted for February 14th!!!! furthermore they wanted payment in cash without even issuing a receipt or invoice which I had expressly requested

15/02/2025: I booked for 02/14/2025 for 2 people, the restaurant had a fixed menu which is fine, it's not to my liking but it's OK, I don't think I've had such a bad meal since elementary school. Ice appetizer First of a vile taste I didn't even touch the second course with polenta and meatballs. Not to mention the atmosphere and the waiter who also acted as a DJ, if you can call it that. I don't know how they stay open!! Serving food like this means hurting people and hating your job
