26/08/2025: Good morning, I am writing this review by giving a negative rating but not to denigrate or to spite, because in fact this bar has been one of my favourites for years for a bit of everything, but for about 3 months the management has made the decision to make its customers pay before consuming and even if I personally think it is annoying I have stuck to this rule, the point is that apart from pointing out that it is a bit inconvenient to have to refer to the counter to pay several times at the same time of presence in the place because maybe one thinks of taking something to take away or an extra piece or drink and that is why on very few occasions I have pointed out to the staff the inconvenience of this decision of theirs, but the serious incident happened to me just this morning when after about a month of not being asked for the receipt anymore this for me and for other customers present, I repeat this morning instead Alessandro the son to whom I had already pointed out once of this let's call it inconvenience to avoid using adjectives, I turned to him only after they presented themselves in front of me 3 customers, a gentleman who, after having consumed, was in conversation with other friends, from what I saw later, came to pay. A lady was asked for the receipt, and that was fine. However, the third gentleman asked and was served with a piece and a drink. He sat down and was not asked for the receipt. HE WAS NOT ASKED. At this point, I pointed out this incident to Alessandro, and not because a customer is always right. Absolutely not. You just have to show respect towards everyone, and therefore good manners, which you didn't show Alessandro. With me, all customers are the same, there is no A or B. Do you understand? I won't add anything else. I think I've written too much, but I only did it to make this negative review clearer.

09/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale ieri sera invitati da mio figlio, ed abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. Ci siamo ritornati stasera, abbiamo preso 3 spaghetti con vongole, pasta al dente e frutti di mare freschi, poi abbiamo preso 2 bistecche da 800 grammi l'una, cottura perfetta e carne che si poteva tagliare come dice la pubblicità con un grissino. Facendo questo meraviglioso mestiere da 30 anni, molti ci dicono che siamo abbastanza critici, ma quando in un locale mangi ottimamente, allora CHAPEAU
