15/12/2024: I'm very sorry but most of the reviews are misleading or they've changed something in the kitchen recently because it takes courage to say that the food is good... I'm giving 2 stars because I'm kind! We chose a land-based menu and the appetizer was poor and sad: a few stale bread croutons with two not even good sauces, fried polenta with nothing to put on it and two forgettable cold cuts... But rather two pieces of cheese and a bruschetta with tomato it would already change... First courses are scarce and cheap (they are also kindly passed over with the trays, this must be said but not even the quantity to start with to dirty a plate) and divided badly, some a pittance, some a larger portion right. I can't comment on the second one because I haven't tasted it. Sweet horror. Coffee with fuss included inside. Friendly and friendly service and this too must be said, super organized but also too fast if you are not careful there is the risk that they will take your food away from the front, not very careful I understand that they want to get on with the work and hurry up and clear the table but there 'It's a way and a way... While you're drinking or finishing nibbling something you see hands coming out to remove the bread etc. Without grace, very pushy. Inexpensive but honestly I prefer to save them and eat at home (and I'm not good at cooking!) and I repeat that I'm sorry because I don't usually write reviews especially negative ones but here on quality we need to review everything... Better to pay 5 or 10 euros more and not having been offered the digestive at the end of dinner (needless to say that was also of poor quality) rather than eating so badly and saying oh well at least I didn't spend that much! It's not worth it I wonder what those who say the food is good ate!!!

30/11/2024: Restaurant in the historic center of a small Tuscan village managed with passion and dedication by the owners who have created a particularly elegant intimate environment with a touch of polite vintage. The constantly renewed menu based on raw materials of absolute quality and refinement with revisited traditional Tuscan dishes proposed and elaborated by a promising young chef satisfies the most demanding palates. Wine list worthy of the dishes offered. Absolutely excellent value for money. Also worth trying in summer with the possibility of eating outdoors.

25/11/2024: Più che una cena un'esperienza assolutamente piacevole. Sono rimasta affascinata dalla location dove ogni oggetto è lì per una ragione. Menù di qualità e piatti buoni e presentati bene. Carta dei vini interessante.
