14/07/2024: During our recent visit to the Corte Tommasi restaurant, we had an exceptional culinary experience that deserves to be told in great detail. Located in an elegant location among the Tuscan hills, Corte Tommasi has managed to perfectly combine the Tuscan culinary tradition with a refined and welcoming environment. The evening began with a Tuscan platter that immediately won us over with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, enriched with typical croutons. The authentic and intense flavors prepared us well for the following courses, creating a culinary anticipation that did not disappoint. The dish of ravioli stuffed with scallop in squid ink and seafood was a real explosion of flavour. The homemade pasta, with a delicate flavour, went perfectly with the freshness of the seafood, creating a perfect balance between flavor and marine sweetness. Every bite was a discovery, enriched by the complexity of the flavors of the cuttlefish ink and scallop To follow, the sliced ​​porcini mushrooms with truffle was a true triumph of taste. The meat, tender and juicy, was perfectly cooked to perfection and the porcini mushrooms, combined with the unmistakable aroma of the truffle, further enhanced the dish. Every bite was a pleasure for the palate, an experience that delighted the senses and made us appreciate even more the quality of the raw materials used. We finished with their delicious tiramisu which closed the journey of flavours, leaving our taste buds in celebration. To accompany our meal, we chose two glasses of DOC prosecco. The freshness and lightness of the bubbles completed our culinary journey perfectly, adding a note of elegance and refinement to the evening. Particular praise goes to the service, impeccable from start to finish. The staff at Corte Tommasi were extremely professional, but at the same time warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. Our every request was satisfied with a smile and a rare courtesy to find. Finally, the location: a true corner of paradise. The elegant and relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant, immersed in the splendid Tuscan countryside, made our dinner even more special. The attention to detail, both in furnishings and lighting, contributed to creating a perfect environment for an unforgettable evening.
