28/03/2025: Very good pizza, both for the dough and the ingredients. Nice location. There is also a parking lot on site. Very kind and friendly waitresses.
27/01/2025: Not a pizzeria I would insist on returning to. Perhaps the strong local pizzas were not chosen, but the ones eaten were rather tasteless and in many places burnt.
Perhaps due to the evening we happened upon, there was an initial slowness in serving us.
A bit of coldness among the staff, perhaps due to tiredness.
It would be appreciated not to remove people's plates and cutlery from the table if even one person has not finished eating. It is uncomfortable for those who are finishing their plate.
I would improve the desserts: in the middle of winter I would suggest offering at least one warm dessert.

The cooked panigacci and desserts are excellent, truly worth returning
The only piece of advice is that the dried panigacci could be enhanced much more with higher quality cured meats (only the raw one was passable) and perhaps with other accompaniments such as compotes, creams, grilled vegetables... The potential of the formula is truly enormous!

08/03/2025: I'm presenting it for a graduation party... Large place heated by stoves, bathroom in the other room. Normal food in the choice of dishes (actually very little) and in the presentation.
Perhaps it comes alive in the summer as it is located along the left bank of the Versilia river
I would say nothing exceptional and nothing to remember. In simple words they feed you….

15/02/2025: Nice place, with good availability of parking in the immediate vicinity.
Decent assortment of burgers and pizzas, of more than acceptable quality (burger filling could be improved).
The type of bun used was spot on.
The pizza is well leavened, with a barely noticeable crust but appropriately honeycombed and slightly crumbly. Nice and well-arranged topping.
There is a lack of choice of beers, both on tap and in bottles; the choice of cocktails is better.
Average prices for food, excessive for cocktails and wine.
Friendly staff and quick service, considering the turnout of the karaoke evening, where the audio and volume would totally need to be reviewed (go-go distortion).

14/04/2025: After having read relevant reviews, had direct contacts, agreed on menus and conditions, our group of 100 people decided to gather in this place...,.result.......the only positive note is the view of the sea even if it was a gloomy day.....for the rest, disappointment....
Given that the menu had been agreed upon a month in advance...we found ourselves with minimal portions of food on our plates (some diners didn't even receive them),...when they were requested they were not integrated, poor service, with behavior of indifference to the requests expressed, (the feeling that they had cooked for 70 people and not 100 as agreed and confirmed the day before)....the only thing they respected was the agreed price......bad experience

Ristorante del Bagno Solemar

27/01/2025: Pranzare al bagno e’ sempre gradevole. Rispetto alle alternative in zona, siamo su un simpatico livello medio. Il punteggio sarebbe più limitato se si considerassero i prezzi eccessivi rispetto alla qualità, al servizio, all’ospitalità. Ma non piangerò mai sui soldi che spendo. Me lo ha insegnato un grande cantante.
14/01/2025: Scrivo da cliente del bagno, che come tale utilizza anche il ristorante.
Il punto di forza del ristorante è la bella terrazza, di giorno ben ventilata la sera splendidi i tramonti. I piatti sono pretenziosi sulla carta, serviti a volte bene, a volte deludenti.
Ma il punto sono i proprietari, con cortesia palpabilmente solo di facciata : una mia recensione negativa scritta la scorsa estate sul social del bagno, relativa ad un piatto servitomi nel corso di una cena con ospiti, che definire imbarazzante come qualità è riduttivo, ha fatto sì che mi comunicasse due giorni fa di essere ospite sgradito al bagno, per cui non potrò più recarmi da loro. Specifico che abbiamo sempre pagato tenda e cabina per tutta la stsgione, saldando anche in anticipo, pur frequentando solo parzialmente e quindi dando meno lavoro, siamo tre adulti che hanno sempre avuto grande rispetto per le regole del bagno e della piscina, mai fatto chiasso, mai disturbato bessuno. Ma evidentemente quella più che giustificata recensione negativa sul ristorante (fatta anche perché, segnalato il problema al capocameriere, nessuna si è mai scusato) ha dato molto, molto fastidio. Concludendo: bagno carino, cabine comode, bellissima terrazza, ristorante discreto, proprietari assolutamente da dimenticare, cosa che farò con grande piacere.

02/09/2024: Ho provato il cacciucco da asporto del giovedì su ordinazione. Vi assicuro che ne vale veramente la pena. € 28 una porzione di cacciucco abbondante e buona. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.
