29/11/2024: Proprietario gentilissimo. Locale con vista sulle cave di Colonnata. Servizio semplice e fai da te. Ordini e poi vieni chiamato al bancone a ritirare il piatto pronto. Si instaura subito un rapporto cordiale con i proprietario molto gentili e disponibili a descrivere i vari cibi a disposizione, con particolare attenzione a fornire indicazioni sugli ingredienti dei cibi, per chi come me ha problemi di salute. Noi abbiamo ordinato gli sgabei ed un misto di formaggi ed ovviamente lardo. porzioni abbondanti ed il proprietario ci ha poi fornito dei sacchetti per portare via il cibo non consumato. tutto buonissimo ma le porzioni erano decisamente abbondanti. Ho capito che la gestione è a conduzioni famigliare. Tanto di cappello. Ah ovviamente abbiamo acquistato il lardo (buonissimo).

31/12/2024: I've been wanting to have dinner here with my wife (Roman from Rome) for a while, I must say that I waited too long... everything was perfect, from the punctual and courteous service to the food. I really struggle to say what I liked most, cacio e pepe, carbonara, lamb, it felt like being in Trastevere... Excellent restaurant, try it!
