27/06/2026: For a 2-star hotel, it exceeded expectations. The value for money is truly excellent; it's hard to find better in Viareggio. The location is perfect, just steps from the sea and very convenient for the promenade, restaurants, and the town center.
Convenient parking, and a plentiful and very good breakfast.
The real strength, however, are the owners: extremely friendly, helpful, and always available, they make you feel at home. Their hospitality truly makes all the difference. If I return to Viareggio, it will definitely be my first choice!
11/06/2026: The hotel offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday when choosing Viareggio as your destination. A very comfortable bed, cleanliness, kindness, and fantastic cuisine. Maurizio and Silvia are two wonderful people, so much so that it felt like we'd known each other for a long time. This was our first experience with them, and we'll definitely be back.

28/08/2025: A good selection of breads and focaccias, excellent quality, and fair prices. The owners are always kind and courteous! We ordered the pan-baked focaccia (very good!) and the semi-whole wheat loaf (very soft and delicious!). You can taste the authenticity of the products! Recommended.

Super fast and professional check-in!
The room was clean and spacious.
We really appreciated the electric kettle (it was raining).
The family who runs the hotel is lovely. The largest room was available and they gave it to us at no extra charge.
We had a very pleasant stay.
