For a 2-star hotel, it exceeded expectations. The value for money is truly excellent; it's hard to find better in Viareggio. The location is perfect, just steps from the sea and very convenient for the promenade, restaurants, and the town center.

The real strength, however, are the owners: extremely friendly, helpful, and always available, they make you feel at home. Their hospitality truly makes all the difference. If I return to Viareggio, it will definitely be my first choice!
The hotel offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday when choosing Viareggio as your destination. A very comfortable bed, cleanliness, kindness, and fantastic cuisine. Maurizio and Silvia are two wonderful people, so much so that it felt like we'd known each other for a long time. This was our first experience with them, and we'll definitely be back.
