Marco and his wife's welcome made us feel at home, the products were all excellent and genuine, the result of particular care and research and then the preparations were of the highest level. 04/05/2025: The experience at Kambusa was a discovery that I had not yet made, despite having lived in Tuscany for 15 years. The pizza is truly out of the ordinary: with its honeycomb dough, it is very light. It's like eating a cloud. In fact, at the end of the meal, it is difficult to feel that annoying and excessive feeling of fullness. It's a mixture that makes you feel good and doesn't cause the usual "I stick to the bottle" consequence. Furthermore, the ingredients are very fresh and of excellent quality. Honorable mention to the strawberry ice cream. Absolutely worth trying. The service was nice, especially the girl who took care of us. The environment, in my opinion, is not very well looked after - not if we need to compare it with the excellent cuisine. We could do much better and with less. But those are personal tastes. Very honest prices. Taking two pizzas, two desserts, two glass cokes and a bottle of water we paid €25 each.

Servizio puntuale e cortese 4 pizze 2 birre medie 3 acque 3 dolci 1 caffè 90 euro La farcitura delle pizze di qualità, personalmente non amo la pizza con il cornicione alto e l’impasto “molliccio”

30/03/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo presso questo ristorante, appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità da Marco che ci ha anche consigliato le specialità della casa. Affettati di ottima qualità, tortelli veramente ottimi e carne di qualità, sicuramente da consigliare. Di nuovo complimenti al cameriere, Marco!

Il luogo incanta anche per come è ben tenuto..si vede tanto impegno e professionalità. Anche in cucina ovviamente...cibo e prodotti di alta qualità ed ottimo gusto. Complimenti ai titolari.

04/05/2025: Premessa Come ho già scritto nelle precedenti recensioni, dare un giudizio su un ristorante è molto personale e i gusti variano da persona a persona, ma l'Agristorante La Ficaia, merita di essere provato, almeno 1 volta, poi deciderete Voi se tornarci o no. Da sottolineare che è possibile scegliere fra menù tradizionale o vegetariano. Oggi, pranzo di famiglia, a La Ficaia. La posizione non è delle migliori, fra quelle che abbiamo visitato, ma una volta entrati, bè è da vedere, si viene accolti da un ambiente pieno di vissuto, ex frantoio. A riceverci c'era Alfredo, che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. Abbiamo iniziato con antipasti, i primi, un secondo con contorno e i dolci. Abbiamo acquistato anche 2 vasetti di miele prodotto da Alfredo, oramai apicoltore a livello amatoriale, ma in passato a livello professionale. Un ringraziamento lo merita anche lo staff che lavora in cucina : Monica, Jacopo ed Emanuela. Conclusione È stato un pranzo, che potrei definire speciale, perché ogni portata, poteva sembrare normale, ma quando iniziavi ad assaggiarla, ecco li si sentiva la differenza, ma non voglio descrivere quello che poi è troppo personale, ma sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie.
