29/09/2025: €30 fixed menu, poor food quality. It's a shame that during mushroom season, even if you paid, you didn't get a single course, apart from a taste of tagliatelle with mushrooms, unlike what happens at other restaurants during this time. The food overall isn't excellent, not even the pasta. The wine even smelled bad (the first time this has happened to me), which is a shame. We would have preferred much less quantity but better quality, especially considering it's a fixed menu. The view is beautiful, especially from the parking lot overlooking Lake Isola Santa and from the veranda overlooking the mountains. The road is beautiful for a motorbike thanks to the curves and the panorama (but I probably wouldn't do it by car). The interior is very cute, with a cabin-style decor. Reading the reviews, perhaps we came on an unlucky day.

We'll be back next year.
The food is plentiful, excellent value, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

10/08/2025: Amazing authentic Italian place to eat tasty pizza! We loved the atmosphere in the entire village, everyone was living la dolce vita. 🥰💕💕

09/10/2025: Extremely slow service; we waited an hour and a half on the cold veranda for two slices of stew and a grilled trout. When we got the bill, we waited 15 minutes at the cash register for someone to come. When paying, no one checked to make sure the transaction had gone through, leaving us standing there with no one at the register. Questionable prices for the food and the time wasted. Furthermore, at the table next to us, some men were making their dog clean his plate and feeding it with a fork, without the waiters passing by doing anything. There are a few things that need to be addressed...

QUANDO IL TITOLARE ARRIVA PER L'ORDINAZIONE SEMBRAVA QUASI SCOCCIATO PERCHE' NON SI ORDINO' NULLA OLTRE IL TAGLIERE CON FORMAGGIO E SALUME.
CON TRISTE SORPRESA, UNA VOLTA ARRIVATO IL TAGLIERE DA 12€ GLI ABBIAMO CHIESTO SE QUELLO PORTATO ERA PER UNA PERSONA ..... RAGAZZI ERA VERAMENTE POCA ROBA.
SORPRESA !!!! ERA PER 3 PERSONE = 36€ PER 3 FETTE DI FORMAGGIO E UN TRISTE ASSAGGIO DI SALUMI (UNA /DUE FETTE A TESTA PER TIPO DI SALUME TRA L'ALTRO SALATISSIMO).

01/05/2025: Un primo maggio 2025 da ricordare per tutta la vita!
Prenotato la sera prima il tavolo per me e mia moglie prendiamo posto alle 12,30 pieni di speranza e fame. Da quel momento comincia un'ATTESA SNERVANTE che si protrae per la bellezza di ore DUE ORE E QUINDICI MINUTI prima di vedere qualcosa sul tavolo! Avevamo ordinato antipasti, primi e secondi: ci vediamo arrivare come prima portata i primi(?). Li riportano indietro e dopo altri quaranta minuti(cronometrati) ci danno finalmente gli antipasti(miseri miseri). Dopo altra lunga attesa invece dei primi ci portano direttamente i secondi(!). A questo punto ci arrendiamo: diciamo al cameriere che chiaramente non vogliamo più i primi e prendiamo dolce, caffè e ammazzacaffè. Come lieto fine l'ineffabile titolare ci appioppa un conto di quasi novanta euro!
Dilettanti allo sbaraglio, si vede che non sono del mestiere e per di più cari sfacciati.
DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE!

Il ristorante Chiar di luna è chiuso definitivamente. Mi è dispiaciuto tanto averlo visto tutto chiuso ma in questo paesino delizioso non è rimasto quasi niente di aperto.
Solo un bar ristorante che si chiama 'Valentina'
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sono cortesi e gentili alla mano e si mangia molto bene.
I proprietari ti mettono a loro agio... bravi

13/10/2024: Periodo di funghi, e quindi non potevano mancare. Ottimi sia nelle lasagne gratinate sia fritti a contorno della tagliata spettacolare che ci siamo divorati. Da provare anche la polenta fritta. Prezzi coerenti con l'offerta.
26/07/2024: Après un belle excursion autour du Monte Sumbra, le plaisir de déguster une excellente cuisine pour reprendre des forces!

30/10/2023: Posto bellissimo immerso nel verde. Ho pranzato esattamente con quello che ho ordinato. L'aragosta è il piatto forte del locale, ci tornerò sicuramente.
