29/08/2025: This evening my partner and I decided to try this restaurant. What can I say! Excellent food. Friendly staff. Good service. The Elba soup was fabulous. An appetizer, a first course, and two second courses with a liter of house wine, two digestifs, 99 euros. Excellent value.

08/09/2025: I can only praise the delicious pizza and crepes. It was a very nice evening on the beach with a beautiful sunset in the background. It was really affordable: €80 for four people.

19/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, really good value for money. My wife and I went there because we were craving fried food.
They recommended the Elba-style fried fish and the fried seafood tips, which were simply perfect, excellent quality, not heavy, and cooked just right.
We also had some desserts, which I didn't take pictures of: Mattonella ice cream with pine nuts and 🍋 sorbet, delicious.
The terrace overlooking the harbor was anything but ordinary!!!
Thank you so much, we'll be back!

The staff is friendly; it's the first place where I've ever been greeted with a smile out of all the bars and restaurants in the area.

Extremelly recommended.
04/09/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant during the month of August, the atmosphere was there and the waitress was quite friendly but the same cannot be said for the food. The waitress realizing that we did not speak Italian changed the menu because she would know she was "wrong" and gave us another one with prices much higher than the previous one. Once served, the value for money was not there, I was served in a mini bowl with three potatoes and a few pieces of pulp. It was a rather disappointing experience. Paying around thirty euros to have two or three shavings of seafood on your plate, indecent.

Ik was jarig die dag en kreeg onverwachts een toetje met een verjaardagslied, zonder dat we daarom hadden gevraagd! Zo lief!! Ik raad u de tent echt aan, het is genieten daar! De pizza's waren ook overheerlijk en er was super veel keuze
28/07/2025: Ieder jaar bezoeken we deze gezellige pizzeria. Een heus familiebedrijf waar men met hart en ziel heerlijke pizza’s maakt.
Het is een kleine zaak en je kunt hier niet reserveren.
Maar wie geduld heeft en gewoon geniet van de gezellige sfeer en muziek zal beloond worden met heerlijke pizza’s en cocktails.
Mijn lievelings is de pizza met friarielli en salsiccia.
En om het feest af te maken als dessert een heerlijke baba al rum.
Geregeld is er live muziek. Mistral is de parel op Cavo.

01/06/2025: A real gem! A restaurant with an absolutely non-trivial menu, characterized by a refined and high-quality raw material. Antonio and Antonella work as a team to create dishes that are always renewed and accurate, in perfect balance between the flavors of the Rio tradition and a modern reinterpretation far from the feared tourist menus. After years of hitting and running from Rio Marina, their spaghetti with shrimp colatura remain my dish that should never be missed! Also gems from the wine list, with an equally refined selection and aimed at enhancing small businesses.
The courtesy and kindness of Veronica's service are no less. In short... an essential stop for those passing through the island!

27/07/2025: Esperienza decisamente negativa: siamo arrivati in 6 per bere qualcosa, il caffè shakerato non arrivava e quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno risposto che potevamo andare in un altro bar. Maleducati è l’unico aggettivo che mi viene in mente. Preciso che solitamente non faccio recensioni o le faccio quando ho trascorso un’esperienza positiva ma oggi non potevo evitarlo.
21/07/2025: Cena sublime. Stasera a cena abbiamo deciso di tornare per la seconda volta di fila in questo ristorante.Tavolo vista mare. Personale molto carino, educato e rapido.. il proprietario… una persona squisita. Abbiamo mangiato spaghetti alle vongole e del tonno alla griglia super fresco. Prezzi ottimi , ma cibo ancor di più . Sicuramente prossima volta a Cavo sarà la nostra prima scelta. Grazie Massimo ci vediamo a Settembre.

Our expectations were dashed by a standardized menu... limited choice... and prices that were out of proportion, I'd say high....
It's no longer the same place it was a few years ago... where customers were pampered. ...
We felt like idiots...
21/08/2025: A very nice and well-maintained restaurant on the Cavo marina.
Fresh, high-quality fish, though it's a shame the portions are a bit small for the price.
Service is a bit slow, but everything arrives eventually.
The spaghetti with octopus is truly exceptional!
