11/10/2024: Very great location! Der Garten ist sehr schön, da werden wir sechs Sterne geben, falls es gäbe! Great service, super friendly, the rooms are clean and well maintained, super friendly. Large wine list to choose from. Es gibt ein Tennisplatz sowie ein Tischtennis Tisch. The beach is close, small and fine. We were here in early October.

30/09/2024: Beautiful complex with a botanical garden and many beautiful corners to linger, sunbathe and relax. Great breakfast and indoor and outdoor seating with a fantastic view. Very committed and friendly employees. A place to feel good and come back.

14/10/2024: Tasty pizza, not expensive. They hold very price convinient pizzas even after that inflation period. I recommend.

27/09/2024: At over 300m above sea level you can make a wonderful stopover here. Were here at the beginning of October, there wasn't much going on and the service was extremely friendly. Clear recommendation.

22/08/2024: My Elban breakfasts during my bike rides are a must here. Magnificent view, excellent service, cappuccino and croissants always at the Top.

30/10/2024: Nice place by the sea, we chose to have dinner here on the evening of August 2024. The dishes were quite good, small portions (apart from the fried fish) and nothing special taking into account the price of the dishes. We had booked in advance by reading the menu looking at the prices of the dishes, on the day of August at the table while browsing the menu we noticed that the prices of the dishes were higher than those we had seen in advance... it was not a nice surprise. There was saffron on my plate (very good to my taste) but it wasn't listed on the menu and it dominated everything else a bit. One thing in particular that I appreciated was the kindness of the waitress with short hair, super dynamic and easygoing... otherwise I wouldn't go back.

13/10/2024: The Google and Tripadvisor ratings leave me perplexed but they are probably either written by tourists who know little about food, by people who eat badly or that evening the restaurant was truly mediocre hoping to have to keep a low level of cuisine to make fun of the foreigners with whom the island is teeming in October. (Pretty bad behavior anyway) Nice place, friendly staff, terrible food. Tasteless octopus salad, overcooked cuttlefish ink taglioni, all broken, and I mean all, immersed in a base of water on the plate (a broken and overcooked tagliolini in water broth), scialatielli with clams full of butter used for binding without salt in the cooking water (spaghetti are respected to make them creamy, you don't add butter which then forms a film around it and melts away immediately) Good wine, well recommended. Average price on the island and now in Italy. Those who complain about prices perhaps don't shop or leave home. It remains that you should never make fun of anyone, especially those who give you a living just because in their culture they probably don't know some flavours, When I take holidays out of season, especially in October, I would wait to find certain things. In any case, given the countless positive reviews, I continue to hope for a bad evening which can happen to anyone.

30/11/2024: If you are on holiday on the island of Elba, you absolutely must come here to eat for lunch/dinner because it offers a beautiful view of both the sea in the distance and Monte Capanne. The food is of great quality and is very good. The staff is friendly and you can easily chat with us. I absolutely recommend! Daniele and Massimiliano fantastic!

06/09/2024: Super nice, if somewhat hidden, evening bar. There is a small but really fine selection of Italian specialties (both cold starters and warm main courses). The vegetarian starter platter was really brilliant and beautifully presented. There are also burgers, which we also gave a chance - they were good, but not outstanding. You have to ask yourself whether you really have to order burgers in Italy. Prices are very fair and due to the remote location at the top of a small village you can usually get a place even without a reservation.

30/09/2024: Beautiful location with terrace overlooking the sea. Impeccable service and especially the dishes. Presentation, quality and aromas. Hotel in a splendid location, rich breakfast, but above all the sea view from above. Equipped beach 800 meters away with shuttle service on request. Thanks to the staff for our stay

16/12/2024: I strongly advise against it. Nice atmosphere, with tables facing the sea. Terrible service and mediocre food. We were here in August, and after ordering dishes we had to wait for a long wait before we could eat. One of the dishes was fish with a side of french fries, without any warning after more than 40 minutes they arrived at the table with baked potatoes saying that the fries were finished. I am of the opinion that you should first notify your customers and then agree on a possible replacement side dish, without taking any initiative. The fish seemed frozen, like the one made at home, the side dish was not the one requested and the wine ordered was not good at all. Experience not to be repeated. Having pointed out the inconvenience of the delay at the checkout, the evening ended with the entire bill paid (without any gift, not even a bitter) and we also heard "well what do you want!? It's August!”
