31/03/2024: We called on February 8th to book for Easter, after a week we came in person to get the menu (after calling and being told that they would send it on WhatsApp). That same evening we called to confirm again. Today we showed up and the reservation wasn't there. Beyond the mistake that Easter Sunday cannot clearly be remedied, what is even more serious is not taking responsibility for the mistake, and not even trying to find a solution. Because being fully booked they rightly cared little about leaving a family without lunch. We will definitely not be returning again.

07/04/2024: It used to be the best sushi restaurant in Cecina and I always gave it several stars, but lately the quality has dropped. The fish remains good but not as delicious as before: salmon, salmon tartare and much other sushi appears to be more "spicy" and less tasty. This flavor that is now given to the dishes makes them less inviting and it is not clear why this choice was made: I and the diners present at the table did not like this new flavor of the fish. The portions in general are then much smaller, with sometimes "mini" proportions, such as for many types of rolls included in the new menu, for soy spaghetti, etc. (perhaps this is done to avoid food waste). There isn't much attention given to the variety and type of sauces to be found on the table: you have to ask separately for the soy sauce with less salt (the one in the package with the green cap), the teriaki sauce and the wasabi, which if not requested are not placed on the table as is done in many other sushi restaurants. The dishes are then served practically all together and you don't have time to enjoy them with the necessary calm. In short, the impression is that now we are going to "save money" while prices have increased despite the quality-price ratio, quality which has certainly decreased. We will not return to this place.

06/12/2023: Serata con un'amica , ambiente bello e raffinato , pietanze ottime e dettagli gustosi, un ramen veramente delizioso con ingredienti curati e sapori delicati, dolci espressi e fatti personalmente dalla chef. Una delizia per il palato. Una scoperta piacevolissima!!!

28/01/2024: Pausa pranzo di transito su un viaggio, esperienza non buona antipasti mediocri e primi salati, mangiati perchè avevamo fame, personale scortese e sempre fuggitivo, attese interminabili, conto molto salato come i primi, non consigliato

02/04/2024: The pizza and sandwiches are good, but I would leave the Mexican to someone else. The place is modern and quite large, perfect for groups of friends, even if a little far from the centre. The products do not have a good value for money and the Mexican food does not even reach the level of sufficiency. All in all, the rest of the menu is decent, although nothing exceptional.
