19/10/2024: As an Acsi-Card user you are put on the sidelines - a very shady place in the last corner towards the landfill. The campsite is generally quite shady, but the pool and sanitary facilities are fine.

17/10/2024: We have booked a clamping trip for the last 10 days of the season. The tent was very nice and modern, but in the top part of the campsite. With a toddler and grandma, the path to the pool, playground, etc. is too steep. As a replacement, we were given a room in an old house with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Unfortunately everything was very, very dirty and very basic. There was no hot water in the kitchen, so we always had to boil water to wash up. Shower water only came in drops until the shower head was descaled. The shower curtain was so disgustingly moldy that we bought a new one ourselves. The first two days we were busy shopping for cleaning products and cleaning. Luckily the beach was very close, but pretty unkempt. Maybe because of the end of the season? But we paid for it. The people in the shop and the pizzeria on the campsite were very friendly. In contrast to the gentleman at the reception. On our excursions on Elba we discovered more beautiful places like Lacona. It was definitely not our last time on Elba, but definitely not at this campsite

25/08/2024: Anyone who speaks badly of this place is either in bad faith or understands very little about beer. Fabulous Belgian beer and amazing black forest ham.

14/10/2024: Il miglior gelato che io abbia mai assaggiato. Pera e cannella, anacardo, cocco, nocciola e caffè, malaga... Tutti a base di acqua (vegan), uno più buono dell'altro! Non mi era mai successo di mangiare una crema, e sentire il vero sapore del gusto indicato in etichetta: dolce come la materia prima (e non come lo zucchero), senza restare con la necessità di doversi dissetare a fine gelato. Ne ho mangiati 3 in 2 giorni. Tornerei a Capoliveri solo per poterne mangiare un altro! Proprietari e personale gentilissimi, locale stile liberty meraviglioso. Consiglio.

29/08/2024: Beh! Posso dire una cosa … quella di Andrea è la migliore “schiaccina” che abbia mai mangiato all’Elba! Vale il viaggio se siete sul nostro scoglio … ❤️

15/08/2024: Posto ideale per fermarsi a cena dopo una giornata al mare in costume e pareo. Pizza e schiaccine molto buone. Servizio basico ma efficace. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conosce il famoso Mario tutto fare del posto che custodisce tantissimi segreti dell’isola. Da tornarci sicuramente. Consigliata la prenotazione.

Nice and welcoming staff, the chef is always joining the table to check and available to answer questions on preparation and cooking techniques. The food is always great from the starters to the dessert, with some little surprises as the entree, pre-dessert and little sweets in the end. 24/07/2024: Un ringraziamento di cuore a Sante e al suo eccezionale staff per l'accoglienza calorosa e per la magnifica esperienza culinaria che ci hanno offerto al Ristorante Sapereta. Ogni piatto era un vero capolavoro, dal piccione arrosto al muflone sulla brace, passando per gli antipasti raffinati e i dolci sopraffini. La qualità e la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro si riflettono in ogni dettaglio, rendendo ogni boccone un'esperienza indimenticabile. La grandezza di questo ristorante non risiede solo nei suoi meravigliosi piatti, ma anche nella cura e nell'attenzione che dedicano ai loro ospiti. 27/08/2024: We ordered 3 special pizzas, a coke and a beer, as we were leaving the waiter forgot about the beer. The pizzas were very BURNED and RAW, NO TOMATO sauce and very SMALL. Described as specialty pizzas and not gourmet, we were expecting large pizzas and were disappointed. The pizza crust was filled with PESTO bought at the supermarket, gray and tasteless (probably from a BARILLA SUB-BRAND), the dough GUMMY and DRY. The appearance of the pizzas was DEPRESSING, especially the one with mortadella and pistachios with a CEMENT GRAY color. Furthermore, the PRICE of the pizzas is too HIGH for the quality of the pizzas, only the classic ones have a good price. It goes without saying that such an experience is an evil joke for the customer. Once we finished eating the general comment was: INEDIBLE!

26/08/2024: A few weeks ago my partner and I had dinner in this wonderful osteria with Neapolitan charm and scents. We were welcomed kindly by the staff who immediately proved to be very professional, we had the pleasure of trying the cold cuts platter, different from the usual proposals and we particularly appreciated the duck breast, a real delicacy for the palate, we continued with a burrata and crostini with Colonnata lard which makes your mouth water just thinking about it, exceptional first courses and desserts with a home-made flavour. I highly recommend it, it's a place I promised myself I'd return to because in addition to the culinary goodness we felt strongly pampered by the staff, that kind of attention that only the south reserves... in short, a piece of Naples in the streets of Capoliveri!

29/08/2024: Found this place by chance and I recommend you try it. Very friendly staff, excellent service Very good dishes and generous portions. They also have a dog menu!!!!!

24/08/2024: Evening to forget, four adults and three children, despite the reservation after more than two hours not even the shadow of the seconds. We got up to go pay the bill and they didn't even take a bottle of water away from us.

06/10/2024: Portionen sind eher klein aber für den Preis absolut fair. Geschmacklich sehr gut. Lasagne sehr zu empfehlen, allerdings nicht alls alleiniges Essen aufgrund der Portion.

15/09/2024: Sehr schönes kleines Lokal am Marktplatz mit freundlichem Service, Wohlfühlatmosphäre und schönem Ambiente. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Die Nudelgerichte sind sehr lecker

18/10/2024: Billige holzbau mit kunststoffstühlen und -tischen, sehr schöne aussicht auf die bucht und monte cristo. Das strandrestaurand gehört dem campingplatz und wird verpachtet.

14/10/2024: Wir hatten einen Tisch mit Blick aufs Meer reserviert. Obwohl viele frei waren, bekamen wir einen an der Wand 😕 Nach nachfragen. bekamen wir von der Chefin eine äußerst unfreundliche Aussage, dass sie niemals Tische mit Blick aufs Meer reservieren. Das Essen im Anschluss war mehr als grausam. Mein Mann hatte Pizza Salami mit KALTER Salami obendrauf. Ich eine mit Ei durchnässte Spaghetti Carbonara UNGENIESSBAR . Wenn das die Gastfreundschaft ist, dann wünsche ich dem Unternehmen weiterhin alles Gute. Wenn ihr einen schönen, erholsamen Abend haben wollt, mit gutem Essen, dann meidet dieses Restaurant

19/11/2024: Friendly host & very warm welcome. The room was very small and there was no air conditioning, which meant that we did not sleep for 3 nights.

24/10/2024: I stayed in the property at the end of September. Convenient and quiet location. Adequate room for a two star but rather dark. The big flaw is the very cheap food, overcooked pasta and dishes served in a careless manner. My celiac daughter...one morning they offered her gluten-free biscuits and luckily I had brought food from home so she too was able to have a decent breakfast. For non-celiacs, breakfast is better than dinner

29/08/2024: Ottimo ristorante, il titolare, molto simpatico e accogliente, ci ha procurato un tavolo nonostante la serata di pieno. Abbiamo provato specialità elbane di mare con un ottimo vino bianco. Il prezzo è nella media per il tipo di cucina e di locale. Decisamente consigliato!

28/08/2024: Absolutely avoid! We decided to dine at this restaurant tonight, our first evening there, but our experience was disastrous. As soon as we arrived, we felt palpable tension from the waiter, who seemed to be the boss. After barely two minutes installed, he came and asked us to place an order. Since we don't know Italian well, we had difficulty choosing our dishes and asked to take to start drinking. To our great amazement, he finally kicked us out, taking the card from our hands! His behavior was not only unacceptable but also completely unprofessional. We are shocked by such an attitude in an establishment which must welcome its customers with friendliness. I do not recommend this restaurant.
