01/08/2023: What more can I say about the positive things that have already been written in the other reviews... Impeccable welcome (and, in our case, refreshed by a generous carafe of iced tea)? True, but already said. Comfortable and clean apartment? True, but already said. Convenient shaded parking? True, but already said. Breakfasts lovingly prepared at home, abundant and delicious? True, but already said. Swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers, surrounded by a beautiful planted lawn and immersed in a panorama whose view, alone, would be enough to guarantee total relaxation? True, but already said. Ideal position to reach, climbing up the gentle Maremma hills, some of the most beautiful villages in Italy, the scenic spas of Saturnia or the renowned Argentario coast? True, but already said. Has anyone already said that Federico, Alina and Mrs. Elisabetta are the ideal guests, always full of attention and yet very discreet? Yes? 01/09/2024: Schön, dass es früh bis spät einen zentralen Anlaufort gibt. Ob morgens ein Cappuccino oder Brioche (wobei die mit Pistazie der Hammer sind ) oder abends um einen Aperitif vor dem Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Alles ist lecker und die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung weil frisch und regional und Insel eben. Entspanntes Personal, genug Platz zwischen den Plätzen so dass auch Hunde sich wohlfühlen. Die Location wird sowohl von den Einheimischen besucht, oder Pendlern auf dem Weg zur Arbeit oder eben uns Touristen. Man hat einen schöne Sicht auf das Dorfleben und keiner stört sich, wenn man vom Strand kommt und nicht super schick sondern eben im Strandoutfit kommt. Grazie!

09/08/2023: Bellezza, semplicità, cura, ordine, pulizia, passione sono gli ingredienti che contraddistinguono il Poderuccio tenuti insieme dalla gentilezza e dalla cordialità dei proprietari Loriano e Enrica che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Immerso nella natura e vicinissimo a luoghi incantevoli, che meritano di essere visitati, questo posto ci è davvero entrato nel cuore!!! Ci siamo stati tre volte in tre mesi e speriamo di tornarci presto!!! Evelin e Andrea
