06/01/2025: Ogni anno, avendo casa all'Argentario, facciamo una scappata nella splendida Pitigliano. E da sempre sono cliente di un ottimo ristorante che ho però trovato chiuso a causa di un lutto in famiglia. Per questo ho scelto a caso e ci siamo trovati benissimo: primi e secondi eccellenti con speciale menzione ad una trippa sontuosa. Personale molto gentile, prezzo finale onesto, piccola critica sul babamisù, buono ma nulla a che vedere con le portate precedenti. Da ora questo è il mio nuovo ristorante a Pitigliano

06/05/2025: Not a given! Absolutely top-notch restaurant despite the tourist area. Proudly courageous management that has the enthusiasm to offer a menu of goodness that is not for all palates. We all ordered starters for 5 Fifth quarter and all made with excellent raw materials and cooked with elegance and good taste, absolutely everything exquisitely balanced. The service was friendly and professional, the recommended wine was appreciated and the selection of spirits and digestives was small but of an absolute level (further praise for the Boroni spirits: unobtainable). Nothing to add other than many compliments!

Given that every trader is free to sell his goods at the price he deems correct and that every customer is free to purchase with his own money what he likes best at the price he deems right, as a free citizen and user of the web on this occasion I feel like expressing my opinion regarding the pricing policy practiced by this place. Although the environment, the cuisine, the ingredients and the wines show themselves to be absolutely of research and quality, I believe that the mark-ups applied are absolutely excessive and in bad taste, once again distancing potential good or even excellent customers from one of the few opportunities to experience good quality Italian food, cuisine and wines in tourist places like this splendid village. I don't mind the manager(s) and the staff, but I think the restaurant is more suitable for upstarts with little food culture than for lovers of good food to whom I advise against sitting at this table. 20/05/2025: Honestly, we don't understand the individual, very negative reviews at all. The restaurant was even recommended to us by locals, and at first we had a queasy feeling because of the mixed reviews. But ultimately, we were completely satisfied. The food, service, and cleanliness were all top-notch, and the price was fair. We've been traveling through Italy for 50 years and are also very picky. Either there's been a significant change in staff in the last few months, or the negative comments are completely unfounded.

20/05/2025: Ehrlich gesagt können wir die einzelnen sehr negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Uns wurde das Lokal sogar von Einheimischen empfohlen und wir hatten zuerst auch ein mulmiges Gefühl aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Rezensionen. Wir waren dann aber rundum zufrieden. Essen, Service, Sauberkeit alles tip top und zu einem fairen Preis. Wir reisen seit 50 Jahren durch Italien und sind auch sehr heikel. Entweder gab es in den letzten Monaten einen markanten Personalwechsel oder die negativen Kommentare sind total unbegründet.
