My mistake. Except that before handing me my order, the lady blurted out, "This one costs more, YOU OWE ME so much." I would have had no problem paying the difference, but her arrogant and domineering tone made me think the only thing I could think: "I'm not going back!"

There was no heating at all, and all the tables were filled with people wearing jackets, shivering from the cold. The staff told us it was broken. It was basically like eating outside in 2°C temperatures. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope it helps improve the working conditions of the staff, who were working hard despite everything. Please fix this place.

10/01/2026: If I could do 0 I would have done it I arrived and there was the waitress with red hair who was screaming for who knows why and she was quite agitated then I asked for 3 cappuccinos from the other waitress and she made them piping hot not that after 30 minutes that I've been letting it cool down it still burns

07/03/2026: Too bad. Until recently, they told me it was a good restaurant, now... For God's sake. I have Spanish friends and I know how they eat in Spain, so I speak with knowledge of the facts. Let's start with the menu: it's okay that the concept may have been adapted, but in a Spanish restaurant I don't expect to find carbonara or pasta alla sorrentina among the first courses, so I think: "Is this a way to meet demand?" Then I continue browsing and find serious inconsistencies. Okay, I'll have something typical: polpo a la Gallega (Galician-style octopus, served with potatoes and pimenton - paprika -)... so four octopus tentacles on five slices of boiled potato with low-quality paprika thrown in by the bucketload. Not a drizzle of oil, not a pinch of salt. A bland dish, without identity, without flavor. To be honest, not even in a canteen does one eat so blandly (and not for free, mind you, €10 a portion). Okay, let's see the broken egg (an egg cooked a certain way, with prosciutto and sliced ​​potatoes, as per the original recipe). A simple fried egg is brought with pre-fried potato sticks and three slices of prosciutto on top (also not cheap: €10). Okay, let's get down to the wine; a bottle of Ribolla, a white wine, was warm. Extra virgin olive oil from Carrefour. In short, for the price, I expected more, a more thoughtful and refined dish, but instead, it was a disappointment on all fronts. The ambiance would even be nice if it weren't for the pieces of sheet metal here and there, the dusty fake vegetation, and the decor that's meant to look radical chic but is actually a jumble of metal chairs and tables mixed with shoddy IKEA furniture. Hasta luego... Never again.

22/02/2026: It was a lovely discovery in Empoli, near the station. The place is meticulously maintained and features sophisticated, trendy decor. Excellent for an aperitif with tapas.

08/01/2026: Terrible experience. The cheese and bacon sandwich was practically raw: the bacon was undercooked and the cheese was completely stiff, not even melted. As soon as we got home, the little girl felt sick and ran to the bathroom with a severe stomachache. I tried calling the restaurant several times to report the incident, but obviously no one answered. Truly unacceptable service, especially when it comes to food and children's health. Never again.

05/09/2025: I've already been to this restaurant a couple of times and I will definitely be back because the food is really great! The owner is very kind and helpful, the service impeccable. I recommend the traditional bamboo rice, the Chinese aubergines braised in spicy sour and the taro. If you want to try something new, this is the right place, this is not the usual Chinese restaurant that offers "Italianized" food, here you can taste the real Chinese cuisine of Sichuan.

14/12/2025: Last night we were in Empoli and decided to stop at this bar for an aperitivo with some friends. The place is located just steps from the Gramsci parking lot and the Christmas markets. It has on-street parking and parking in nearby streets and adjacent areas. We didn't choose the apericena option, which included a variety of buffet dishes, including pasta dishes. Four Spritzes with table service cost €40 (excluding appetizers and snacks). The staff was courteous, but not very attentive to the customer; perhaps the large number of customers caused confusion. In addition to the indoor seating, there were also tables outside on the heated terrace.
