The pizza menu isn't extensive, but it's adequate.
The place is nice, but a bit noisy, even though it's not packed.
30/05/2026: I celebrated the end of the year.
Yesterday, April 2nd, I enjoyed a delicious wood-fired pizza.
Always excellent pizza, professional service, and a welcoming and welcoming atmosphere.

09/05/2026: We tried the pizza, and I must say that both my daughter and I found it excellent. The care taken in selecting the ingredients and in preparing the dough was evident, as indicated, it was leavened for 48 hours and at 75%. The result is a Neapolitan-style pizza, and having tried the sausage and broccoli rabe, I can say it didn't make me miss the Neapolitan one we had at home. The other was the Acero Rosso, with a pronounced flavor of finocchiona: remarkable. A special mention for the dessert we sampled, a chocolate and hazelnut brick, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and dried berries: an experience not to be missed. We'll definitely be back!
02/05/2026: A nightmare! We're sorry because the outdoor area is wonderful for kids. But you walk in and in two hours they can't bring out the pizzas... you try to order anything and everything turns up completely different. And it wasn't an isolated incident; the same thing happened a week later. A shame for a top-rated location... left in the hands of such unwary people! What a shame.

04/08/2026: The lady at the counter is very kind. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is ugly and poorly maintained. It would be a nice place for an aperitif. I use it as a pick-up and delivery point. Very convenient.

27/05/2026: Moving away from the city of Florence... I enjoyed breakfast at the Hangar bar... where I was surprised to discover that you can also order vegan croissants with Nutella. But the positive note was the kindness of the staff... in my case, the tough girls at the counter/cafeteria.
P.S.: I wanted to take a photo... but I devoured everything 🤣

29/09/2025: Prinz customers since 2012, today I'm changing suppliers because the new incompetent representative hasn't passed my order for the umpteenth time. Once he said he forgot, once he said I wrote too late, once he said it was Sunday and he hadn't seen it, the last time he said he passed the order but he doesn't know why it didn't arrive. I was left without water for Saturday lunch and dinner, and without water for Sunday lunch and dinner. In all this, I called the area manager and was told, "The warehouse is closed today because it's Saturday, what do I do? I'll make you water?" I felt like I was being taken for a ride after all these years together... so I send you my regards.

Excellent, high-quality, express food.
11/04/2026: When I don't feel like preparing lunch, I always go here. The selection is varied, dishes are prepared daily, and the welcome is perfect.
I can also buy bread, milk, cold cuts, and takeout: the mutton and wild boar are delicious.
The staff is knowledgeable, and you're always greeted with a smile.
There's also a WhatsApp chat at Bar 2000 to find out when special dishes are being prepared, so you can reserve to dine in or take out.
The mutton sauce and mutton stew are excellent.
You can pair them with a good wine; they have a very well-stocked cellar.
It's now my go-to lunch spot when I don't feel like cooking.
I've mentioned it to friends who I occasionally meet up with for an hour.

05/10/2025: Waited an hour and a half for only 10 dishes, go ask the reason and they tell you probably they brought it to the wrong table, out of 30 dishes arrived only 10, the strange thing is that for those who arrived later or who ordered later, it arrived immediately, practically you saw your table empty and the others' always full, the funny thing is that neither in the kitchen nor at the sushi bar there were many orders, at the payment it is black they don't give you a receipt. Paid 80 euros for 3 at lunch with the €1.20 discount "discount for inconvenience"
28/09/2025: It's a good place, the food is good, and it's digestible. Very good, very nice, and very good in everything. I think I'll be back often.
And to think that I had booked somewhere else by mistake, I ended up here 🤣😜👍👏😝💪❤️
