06/01/2026: I ordered pizzas with delivery. The menu showed a certain amount on the bill, but over the phone they changed all the prices, almost double, including delivery.
The order was cancelled immediately.
The manager should better check what they advertise.
In response to your reply, the prices on the menu were those shown and matched the featured photos.

The best liver I've ever tasted in all of Tuscany! We had tortelli with sheep and wild boar ragù; I can't tell you which was better. The owner and the staff were incredibly kind and welcomed us with great warmth! This place has just won our hearts; it's been added to our bucket list. Thanks for the wonderful evening!

09/11/2025: I had the terrible idea of stopping for lunch at this place.
Aside from the after-work railway atmosphere (no offense to the worthy Italian railway workers), I haven't eaten so badly since my military service.
The Tuscan crostini appetizer consisted of slices of bread spread with tuna sauce and melted cheese!! And a single dish of truly awful livers.
The tagliatelle with wild boar was overcooked, drowned in tomato, and truly made you long for the Star sauces.
The waitress came to take your order without even providing you with a menu with the corresponding prices.
Never again!!

04/01/2026: Everything is clean, the bathrooms are good, the food is good. Only today we found a grumpy person. Maybe it wasn't the right evening. I hope this person changes, because we don't deserve to be treated like this, after a 1000 km trip to find people like this...
14/12/2025: In general, everything is fine. There is a clean toilet, a shower, it's free. But to get into the shower you need to leave your passport.

27/01/2026: Unpleasant place, with rude and impolite staff, and a lot of "what-what" that I'd gladly ignore, and go elsewhere. And all for a sandwich...

And perhaps for many others too.
03/01/2026: We stopped for coffee, and I waited a long line at the register, only to be told it wasn't the right one. There was no sign indicating that there was a different line for coffee.
The girl at the register was extremely rude, and she rudely addressed my request not to make me wait in another long line for coffees, since it wasn't even my fault. When interacting with the public, the first thing to do is be polite and kind, especially when a young girl is dealing with an adult.

08/01/2026: We had a terrible experience at this restaurant today at lunch, the food was not upto the mark. The beef was chewy and overcooked, the shrimps were not cooked properly and not de-veined. On top of that everyone refused to speak English even when they could clearly understand what we were saying. The staff really needs to understand what customer service is. Please avoid this place, average food and bad service.
06/01/2026: VERY HIGH PRICES FOR THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF THE FOOD.
DEFINITELY WORTH TAKE ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE IT'S INSIDE THE OUTLET

14/06/2025: Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta in questa realtà. Clima familiare, zona tranquilla e pulita.
cibo eccezionale. Rapporto qualità prezzo oltre le aspettative. La carne era fantastica. In più, piscina e zona giardino molto apprezzata.

I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy
02/05/2024: We stayed overnight in a tent in the meadow near the club. Very helpful owner who cooked us very tasty local dishes at a good price.

09/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo tornando da Firenze verso Venezia. La posizione è meravigliosa e abbiamo mangiato all'esterno. Abbiamo preso una bistecca fiorentina in 4, Carne strepitosa e morbidissima, si scioglieva in bocca. Servizio buono e prezzo adeguato a quello che abbiamo mangiato. Lo consigliamo vivamente
