06/09/2025: La Tana degli Orsi is a small but meticulously maintained restaurant in the heart of Casentino. Simone and Caterina are true masters of hospitality and passionate advocates of high-quality products, especially local ones, which they always showcase.

15/07/2026: We only had coffee, more of a mocha. Nice view outside, but the interior is dated and doesn't feel very hygienic. Unpleasant smells, a mix of smoked ham and toilets. So we didn't eat anything. The server wasn't very welcoming and cleaned with a cigarette in her mouth. All in all, very rustic, if that's your thing...
15/07/2026: The schiacciata was good but they only had a small piece, I asked if more schiacciata was supposed to come out and the answer was I don't know, the ham was too salty, the cheeses were sweaty (it was hot), too many flies inside the restaurant, good prices.

Osteria Toscana Twist

19/04/2025: We went to this osteria last summer (but we still haven't gotten over our resentment). It was the longest lunch we've ever attended, not even a wedding in the South. Despite being the only customers, we waited two hours for an appetizer and a first course. The dishes were both pretentious and bland. When we pointed out the excessive wait time at the bill, the owner/cook became resentful, replying that everything was freshly prepared and that pasta should cook for at least 10 minutes. Madam, we waited two hours, and even if you ground your own wheat, it wouldn't have taken that long. Disappointing.

07/04/2025: siamo stati apranzo domenica 06/04/25,era la prima volta,siamo stati benissimo,eravamo in 4.
due antipasti divini,4 primi sublimi,4 secondi(il peposo era uno spettacolo) 2 contorni 4 dolci,2 bottiglie d acqua e un litro di vino......31 euro a persona.....che vuoi di più!!!! da ritornarci,piatti semplici e abbondanti.personale cortese e disponibile.

30/04/2025: Gentilissimi ed accoglienti ambiente pulitissimo, servizio veloce. Piatti della tradizione Toscana molto buoni porzioni decisamente abbondanti ad un prezzo più che onesto. Da consigliare
