The property's location is simply magnificent, just half an hour from Siena and the same distance from Arezzo. The place is enchanting, elegantly furnished with care and attention to detail. The rooms are splendid, with very comfortable beds, mattresses, and pillows, and the bathrooms are impeccable. Breakfast is served in a fairytale setting and offers a wide selection of flavors, including fresh juices, coffee, tea, sweet and savory pastries, croissants, and much more. Signora Lisa's kindness and helpfulness make every guest feel like part of the family. Thank you so much: our experience was truly wonderful. We can't wait to return!

02/01/2026: NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE FROM THE FIRST TIME I WENT THERE, EVERYTHING SEEMED OK, THEN I RETURNED AFTER A YEAR... BUT I FOUND EVERYTHING REALLY NEGATIVE... THE LASAGNA WAS OVERFULL OF SAUCE AND THEN IT FELT LIKE I WAS EATING GUM INSTEAD OF PROVOLA. THE ESCAROLE, LET'S NOT TALK ABOUT IT... IT STANKED OVERHEAD AND FULL OF WATER (ABSURD) THE STEAK WAS BURNED AND BLACK... DISDIGGERING... THE MEATBALLS SEEMED TO BE BOUNCING ON THE PLATE, SWOLLEN AND INEDABLISHED... AND I'LL STOP HERE FOR EVERYTHING... IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED FOR THE INFLUX OF PEOPLE... BETTER POKE AND GOOD SERVICE AND THE KITCHEN EVEN MORE... BECAUSE THE ENTIRETY DISAPPOINTED ME.. 11/01/2026: I was here yesterday for lunch with my family. While there was nothing to complain about from a culinary standpoint—the sushi was good quality and we ate well—everything else was a disaster that absolutely doesn't justify the steep bill. • Service and hospitality: We were treated with condescension and coldness. The worst thing was the table management: a chair was missing, and, without much ado, I was given a low stool usually used for bags. Eating in that position for the entire meal, in a restaurant that charges handsomely, shows a total lack of respect for the customer. • Details and attention to detail: Despite the high prices, our dishes were served on visibly chipped tableware. This detail conveys carelessness and poor hygiene, unacceptable in a restaurant of this kind. • Value for money: Although the quality was good, the portions were truly small compared to the cost. We all left feeling almost starving despite the very high bill. Conclusion: It's a real shame that good cuisine is marred by such poor service and such a lack of attention to detail (and politeness).

30/12/2025: Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The sushi was mediocre, and the prices and fees on the menu are not clearly displayed. The service charge is hidden under "drinks." In addition, I was charged the wrong price and no apology was offered. Caution—possible tourist trap.

11/01/2026: Definitely the best pastry shop in Montevarchi for the quality and variety of products offered. The atmosphere is clean. The staff is always courteous and their service is prompt. I bought a birthday cake and it was a real hit: beautiful and delicious. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: We went for lunch today. The chef and the person who served us were extremely kind. We had two calamaratas, a burrata ravioli, a rice gnudo, a mussel pepper dish, and a hamburger. The dishes were truly delicious and beautifully presented. The chef also gave us a truly special dessert: an extra portion of ravioli for my daughter, who was still hungry. He also brought my wife a sample of calamarata, as he put it, "so she wouldn't go away craving it." It's rare to find such quality and kindness toward customers as the charming chef Stefano showed us. We had a good laugh over the combination of local cuisine and refined food, which is truly rare. The price was more than fair. When and if we're in the area, we'll definitely be back.

05/12/2025: We went for pizza today for the first time! It was fantastic! We had the Nutella cuddles for desert... Fair price, I recommend it to everyone and it's close to the train station in Montevarchi.
