It's so hard to choose the bread, so we opted for a selection:
- the Gran Nero, a wonderful bread, packed with seeds, still good after a week;
- its cousin, the Procorn, slightly lighter in color, which includes corn flour;
- the pumpkin seed bread, which can also be eaten plain!
- the Grandfather's/Farmer's bread - out of this world!
The schiacciata all'uva is incredibly delicious - like all the products baked every day by Marco's magical hands 🥰
On Thursdays, they also offer slow-cooked legumes 🫘 - delicious 😋
If you haven't tried it yet, you absolutely must!

03/02/2026: We arrived at 8:45 pm, we were welcomed and accommodated with a smile, we ate the best tagliata with rosemary oil, focaccia, salad, sautéed spinach with garlic, I can only have words of praise. I think the owner was at the pizza place, in the kitchen, in the hall with all the customers, a great atmosphere!!!! Bravo, congratulations, a family business but with a kind heart
01/02/2026: Great experience, 5 people, €30 each, with €15 for wine. The place is warm and welcoming. Service is a bit slow (probably because there was only one waiter), but excellent. The food was good. I had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, which was good, and pulled beef stew, which was excellent. I also tried some tagliata and two slices of cured meat from my friends, and they were excellent too. Recommended for both small groups and large tables. I noticed from the menu that there are also fixed menu options available upon reservation, especially for family lunches and the like. If I'm passing through, I'll be back ☺️👍🏻

01/09/2025: Excellent pizzeria, very nice and historic environment that I frequented in the early 2000s, very good appetizers and pizzas.. Excellent meat sandwich.. The only thing I would point out is the waiting times which in my opinion should be improved.. Anyway, highly recommended.

14/12/2025: One evening I happened to be there with my husband. It had been a while since I'd been there. We had a drink and then an appetizer. In the end, two arrived, but let's eat them. Two pizzas, and we'd been there for an hour. The pizzas were good, but the burnt black crust ruined the taste. It's a shame they ruined the aesthetics, yes. We were disappointed by the waitress, who was very rude to us. I don't know if we'll be back.

15/02/2026: Dinner with my relatives. It went very badly given that we ordered the food at 7 and it arrived at 8-10. We asked for sauces and they didn't arrive, so we had to ask for them. The salmon was of the highest quality, having blood in it. We were also prevented from eating any other food since they didn't bring it to us. For €24, it was a complete scam. I felt very ill after eating the fried chicken. The prices are insane.

05/07/2025: Excelente comida toscana a precios muy razonables. Michele es muy amable y habla excelente inglés.
Su esposa hace las especialidades y siempre son sabrosas. Tiene uno de los pocos hornos de leña para pizza que quedan en la zona. ¡El vino también es genial! Una agradable zona para sentarse en una pequeña plaza. Muy recomendable.

24/04/2025: Il Tirabuscio’ es un restaurante Michelin Bib en la pequeña ciudad toscana de Bibbiena a unos 40 minutos al norte de Arezzo y aproximadamente una hora al este de Florencia. A pesar de su ubicación en “La Compagna”, merece la pena comer en este restaurante. La decoración es una mezcla de la Toscana clásica con algunos toques muy modernos. Pude hablar con los dos jefes que eran muy amables y ciertamente talentosos. Uno puede ver el menú en línea, pero yo tenía Raviolini con Anitra (pato) que estaba delicioso. Esto fue procedido por un plato de carnes toscanas y crostini. No hay “Vino di Casa”, pero hay una buena selección de vinos tintos y blancos a precios razonables. Los precios de todos los elementos del menú son más bajos de lo que uno esperaría para tal calidad.
En resumen, ”si mangia bene e si paga poco! ”
10/04/2025: In un locale semplice, nel pieno del centro storico, con un servizio attento e gentile, si possono gustare dei piatti particolari di ottima qualità: dalla tartare di trota, agli gnocchi fatti con patate e fagioli, ad un agnello veramente eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!!
