07/05/2024: Everything is excellent! I didn't know the place, I got there through advertising on Facebook. After visiting the place for the first time and speaking with Martina (the owner) and her partner, clear, precise and detailed, I had no doubts... I would have celebrated my son's communion with over 100 guests (with all the their different needs and eating habits) at Antica Fonte! I was looked after and pampered in everything... Listen to Martina's advice because in addition to being super prepared in her field, she makes use of collaborators who are experts in their profession. Excellent food, staff always friendly and kind, not to mention the place... Beautiful, well-kept and clean. All our guests were happy. I made a great impression by choosing them! I recommend it to everyone, especially those with children and teenagers. Follow them on fb because they organize fantastic events suitable for everyone. My guests and I will be back! 25/02/2024: Siamo stati per un pranzo domenicale ... L atmosfera ottima grazie anche all animazione per bambini. Cibo di ottima qualità con materie prime eccellenti e del territorio. Il servizio attento e i ragazzi molto disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente.

01/04/2024: Owner very rude on the phone. ..I wanted to book for 18 adults and children....with separate menus....for an adult with eating problems, the owner refused to let me take a children's menu, saying that we shouldn't break the chestnuts....so I canceled immediately the reservation.... shameful in front of people with problems and an unacceptable response.... I will never set foot in this place, shame about the location. Ps: I'll reply to your answer. Regarding the "short arm", I'm sorry but you're wrong since today we will have a 50 euro menu. Regarding my request for the children's menu for me who cannot eat much due to an operation, she refused me regardless (I was not required to give my opinion problem). So the one who behaved badly is her and not me. Furthermore, I canceled the booking as a result of her rudeness, because if she had been the one to refuse a booking for the reasons I just wrote, she would be a worse person than she is. 21/03/2024: I have been several times but recently I called to book and the owner rudely replied that it was full thinking that I had already called twice for the same reason. Of a rudeness and arrogance that made me decide not to set foot there again.

16/02/2024: Arrivato a Bolzano senza metà, abbiamo fatto una passeggiata per il centro e ho cercato un locale dove mangiare tramite l'applicazione della Associazione Italiana Celiachia (AIC). Senza saperlo mi sono ritrovato proprio davanti al ristorante Walther's, nella centralissima piazza Walther e le recensioni utenti AIC erano confortanti. Avevo un problema: avevamo portato con noi anche il nostro giovane cane di taglia media. Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile accedere anche con il cane e non solo ci hanno accolto senza fastidio, ma subito ci hanno portato anche una ciotola di acqua per il nostro cane. Il menù è quasi tutto in versione anche senza glutine. A mia figlia brillano gli occhi quando può scegliere tra vari piatti come tutti! Ma ancora più le brillavano quando ha assaggiato gli gnocchi al radicchio: i migliori assaggiati da anni! Anche il tiramisù senza glutine era ottimo. Gustoso il bis di canederli su un letto di verza e formaggio e le verdure wok con scamorza. Piacevolissima l'accoglienza del personale di sala, tutti molto gentili. Una speciale menzione a William che ci ha descritto e consigliato con cura tutti i piatti e ha contribuito a rendere speciale una piacevole serata in famiglia! Piacevole atmosfera. Un piacevole ricordo! Grazie di tutto!

05/02/2024: Ottimo locale per chi, come me, è celiaco ma non vuole rinunciare alla possibilità di scegliere tra differenti piatti della tradizione. All'interno del menù, infatti, è segnalato accanto ad ogni piatto se vi è la possibilità di richiedere il senza glutine. Io ho preso dei gustosi gnocchi con salamella e radicchio e un ottimo strudel. Consiglio vivamente!

16/04/2024: My wife and I visited Igor and his lovely place in June. Just after the snow melted sort of between seasons? I found the place scrolling thru YouTube somehow and became entranced with the biking and skiing especially watching his family enjoy the surrounding majesty of the Dolomites. I think the first clip I saw was w Igor and Claudia hiking up To some little Capella having some cured meat and cheeses ands and heading down with a glass of wine in hand taking care not to spill and see who gets down first :) We headed over to chk the cycling which is world class. We would chk in w Igor download the ride and off we would go. Hah. I told my wife it was the “Snowbird” of the bike world. It didn’t go over well but the e-bikes helped. ALOT. for us anyway. Plenty of suffering to be had but since a lot of people have reviewed the restaurant we thought it would be fun to share our experiences. Getting there isn’t super direct but decent enough. If the trains are running. Except for the day we went there. Haha. So, being adaptable we called an Uber and ride shared w a nice lady doing a yoga retreat. $100€ later we arrived at the Ustaria. I tend to stress a bit when travel plans get derailed especially if you are trying to optimize your stay somewhere. That doesn’t involve sitting at a little railway station in Italy in a Sunday watching the wind blow the trees around. Upon arriving we made our way past the the quiet bar into a dining room where we were served some lovely, comforting pasta and some beers and wine. All Good. From there it just got better. The cycling was as beautiful a place on this planet to ride. We trudged up to Pralongia following our Garmin overlord and bombed down to Alta Badia stopping off at a rando golf course for fortification. Needless to say at the end of the day we were chuffed. Dinner was super hearty and the wine list was really great. The rooms? Chefs Kiss. Surgically clean. Window opened on the little stream in the back where the guys in milk trucks would stop for a double espresso in the am and a shot of schnapps at night. The bar was a fun mix of guys w lots of road dust in them and people in spandex. Igor would come out on occasion and sweep up. That was funny. Oh. And the mattresses? Mwah. Great spot. Wonderful people. Going back to ski next year.

13/03/2024: A must! It's not just the many beautiful videos that Igor makes with his family in Alta Badia that are great! You definitely have to eat and go to the bar. The whole village meets here. 25/02/2024: The very rude owner, to my disappointment about the tiramisu which was not wet with coffee but dry like the Sahara desert, her response was "we do it like this on the spot" and she took it away from me, when it was enough to make me talk and I would have only asked some coffee on the ladyfingers...

16/02/2024: Highly recommended! I go there often with both friends and family. The staff is very kind, the cuisine is super (the meatballs are world class). Coming back is always a pleasure!

19/03/2024: Excellent pizza, well leavened, highly digestible, no nighttime thirst. The waitress and cashier staff were very kind and professional. The guys in charge of the pizza are amazing, as well as competent. Highly recommended both for takeaway and especially in the dining room.

30/03/2024: Granbaita is always a certainty. Beautiful structure and well organised. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and we will certainly return. We thank all the staff who contributed to making our stay exceptional, from the chefs to the girls at the reception. In particular, thanks to Alice who always served us with care and kindness and to the chef from Naples who delighted us with his friendliness and his dishes. Thanks also to the shuttle guys for their precious service. On the day of departure we had problems with the car and the girls at the reception immediately took steps to find a solution.
