28/03/2024: Typical Bavarian restaurant, in perfect Oktoberfest atmosphere.
There you will find typical Bavarian specialties, such as varieties of sausages, sauerkraut, etc... accompanied by the characteristic Bretzels and German beers for all tastes.
The staff is friendly and very fast.
04/03/2024: Nice pub in perfect German style. The staff is even dressed in traditional Oktoberfest attire. Very good food and generous portions. Prices more or less normal. The place is really very nice and welcoming.
The only flaw: it closes really too early, even on weekends.

28/03/2024: A place that has changed management over the years. Both positive and negative notes. The food is good in general (the square frankfurter is a nice calorie bomb), the pretzels are excellent. Having reviewed the list of beers, I would have expected a wider and more particular choice. Very small tables and a cold environment like the service which has nothing Teutonic about it.

24/03/2024: Very characteristic place, it reflects the German style very much, excellent for lovers of the genre.
Good service, the shank with potatoes really excellent, the same for the "brewer's pan" taken by my wife, the only complaint is that I was expecting typical German frankfurters and not our classic, slightly unlucky frankfurters, good beer.
For the price, let's say it fits even if it's a little pricey, but I would still go back

07/02/2024: Ho pranzato qui sabato scorso, pranzo di lavoro della ditta Mondin Imo & Figli Bigmat... servizio attento, cortese, impeccabile! Ho gustato una tagliata con cristalli di sale e rosmarino, con contorno di patate al burro... semplicemente, buonissima!! 🤗 E, per finire, un Tiramisù Pan di Stelle spettacolare!!! 💪👍

06/08/2023: Frequentavo l'Edelstube saltuariamente, per una buona pizza ed ampia scelta di birre, in un'atmosfera cordiale e familiare, a volte con musica dal vivo.
Tornando per la prima volta post-Covid, ho visto subito piccoli cambiamenti nell'arredo, e personale apparentemente nuovo.
Il menù è cambiato, promette bene - più vario e meno tipico da birreria. Pur non essendo affollato, il servizio è un po' lento, ma soprattutto distratto. Chiediamo se ci sarà musica, e ci rispondono che la nuova gestione ha deciso di abolire qualsiasi spettacolo.
Le birre arrivano, soddisfacenti.
I piatti: il mio compagno prende un fritto di calamari (95%) e gamberi (5%), abbondante ed abbastanza buono. Io invece opto per un piatto che credevo impossibile sbagliare: bresaola con rucola e grana.
Mi portano un piatto con la rucola sotto (giuro!!), poi la bresaola e le scaglie di grana. Ho chiesto del pepe ma dopo 5 minuti ancora non era arrivato. Ho chiesto di nuovo - niente. Dopo la terza richiesta, appare il cameriere con un piccolo "portapepe" contenente pepe già macinato....e sembrava bianco anziché quello nero che era ovviamente quello adatto alla bresaola. Spiego al cameriere che desideravo quello nero, da macinare sul piatto ...e si scusa dicendomi che non c'è n'è nel ristorante....
Più avanti vedo la nuova responsabile e le esprimo la mia sorpresa che avesse deciso di eliminare il macinapepe pepe ("Certo che ne abbiamo in cucina. Il cameriere non sa fare il suo lavoro")
Non ho trovato né simpatia né atmosfera e personale tutto nuovo apparentemente poco competente.
Mi spiace ma non tornerò

The hotel is located directly on the slopes, which is a big plus.
The food is a welcome state for both me and my companions.
The rooms very clean and tidy. Helpful staff
