10/05/2026: We had two delicious meals here during our holiday. The pizza dough is made with sourdough, which is very tasty. On a second occasion, we had a platter of mixed starters followed by couscous. It was a bit too much, but everything was delicious! The (house) wine is lovely. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the price is very good. You can make a reservation by sending a WhatsApp message, and English is also spoken. The food here is cooked with love!

25/04/2026: Excellent seafood risotto and spaghetti with clams and garlic. Top service, but the atmosphere is a bit too "chilly"

18/04/2026: The food was lacking in plants and pictures, everything sterile and white. The vegetables lacked zest and were unfortunately standard, but the fish was delicious and the spaghetti vongole as a starter was excellent.

09/05/2026: We got there around 2:00 PM – the place was packed with locals, so it had to be delicious – and it was. We exchanged gestures, but everyone left happy. Although I still don't know the name of the dish I ate, it was still delicious.

20/05/2026: First of all, I had heard a lot of good things about it and my expectations were high. Pasta where I didn't find even a piece of lobster or crayfish but only the shell and a trio of tartare with little flavor. I wouldn't go back!

18/05/2026: We had lunch here on our way back from Erice. The atmosphere is very refined, and I loved everything about it, both the food and the wine. My son had a divine pasta with meat sauce!! A special mention to the lady who served us; she was very friendly and patient, even with our one-year-old.

03/05/2026: As a true Sicilian, "tinchitè" means "abundant," "fullness," "to eat one's fill." I must say I was left starving. The tinchitè appetizer was served for two, but it wasn't even enough for one. The first course, too, was a meager plate of busiata pasta. On the other hand, the quality of the product was excellent. In short, the only thing that was unrelated to tinchitè was the exorbitant price.

The ricotta isn't what it used to be, the cannoli are much smaller than they once were, and the price.... Here, however, the ricotta is lovely and not too sweet, as it should be. 07/06/2026: On the main street there is a very good bar where you can find everything from sweet to savory, delicious cassatella with ricotta, and excellent croissants, also vegan.

28/04/2026: Very modern, clean, and well-decorated. Huge variety of deli and pastries for breakfast. Friendly, smiling, and helpful staff. I'll be back!

22/10/2025: We visited this place about a month ago, during our summer vacation. It seemed like a place frequented by several locals, judging by the relationships between the patrons and the owner. My husband took the burst mussels and made me try one. I had to remove them from my mouth because they had a bad taste, and he also thought they didn't know what they were supposed to taste. I tried another, but it didn't change anything. The mussels stayed there, on the plate, and my husband explained to the lady, perhaps the owner, why they hadn't been eaten. The lady expressed surprise, because the other tables had eaten them (their friends, perhaps?). Then she thought about it and blurted out, "Of course! They're Spanish ones because ours are sold out." Madam, you have a business to protect. Maybe warn them in advance? Maybe avoid charging us for them? In short, luckily we didn't suffer any particular effects from this experience, otherwise they would have heard about us, but I'd never eaten mussels this bad before. They may have been Spanish, but maybe that wasn't the only problem. The rest of the dinner is unremarkable. We just wanted to leave as soon as possible. And never come back. Luckily, there's a fantastic ice cream shop nearby that consoled us.

10/04/2026: I'm always very disappointed when I give low reviews, and it happens very rarely. Entering the ice cream shop, the view is incredible and you want to buy everything. I'm sure the ice creams are out of this world. However, I bought a lemon granita, made with water and lemon, in a normal-sized paper cup, and we paid €4. Maybe I look like a clueless tourist from the north? Oh well! Too bad. PS. I've tasted much better granitas in Sicily.
