01/06/2025: Trattoria autentica delle terre trapanesi , il cuoco e il titolare, e ha una grande passione per tutti i commensali, poi in questo periodo mi mangia il Tonno rosso, da morrere, dopo una vista al museo delle trame mediterranee bellissimo, tra altro c'è l'opera di Mimmo paladino la montagna di sale, emozionante.....

Wonderfully soft bread bun, a huge juicy pattie dripping juices not fat. Great selection of toppings.
Excellent light fries, not greasy nor oily.
Owner was really friendly & helpful when we quizzed him about the beers. The place is a basic cafe type, but for the quality of burgers, you'd be paying 3 or 4 times more in some posher joint.

22/05/2025: Busiate ai frutti di mare excellent and abundant, not precooked but prepared at the moment. Busiate al pesto and capocollo very good. Very delicious meat. You wait a bit but the preparation takes time and it is worth the wait a bit. Bill in line with the portions, more than satisfied.
24/02/2025: Pizzas with spoiled food, something disconcerting, my wife couldn't get out of bed, I vomited all night, something like this hadn't happened to me in years.
We bought the pizzas on Friday 21 February, three Rianata pizzas, four cheeses and capricciosa, payment with a verifiable debit card

16/04/2025: Great little bar, right in town, along the winding streets up to the top of Salemi. Good food options and lovely service. We got pasta and paninis, as well as drinks and snacks. It was a great place to stop during our Sicily Divide bike ride.
