We were welcomed with the spirit of those who love doing their job well and understand the value of teaming up with external suppliers. Totò, a young man always available, generous, and attentive! The father, whose experience in the field is evident, as is his attention and care for the place and the customers. Enzo, the manager, is friendly, thoughtful, and always attentive... It was a real pleasure for us to experience this in your home, which made us feel at home too! Important detail! The cuisine is extraordinary!!! Each dish is an explosion of authentic, delicate flavor, without being forced, and perfectly balanced! The service is always friendly, present, and attentive! My experience ranks Baglio Borgesati as one of the best wedding venues in Sicily. Congratulations to them!

08/06/2026: My wife and I got married here at Baglio Borgesati yesterday. I think this place has a positive energy. Everyone has always spoken highly of it, and we put ourselves in their hands, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The entire staff, besides being truly efficient and knowledgeable, made us feel at ease with their friendliness and expertise. Guests can stay in beautiful, spacious rooms and enjoy an excellent breakfast. Rarely have I thought that someone offering a service cares more than I do about the details, but here we were surprised because they made what we had imagined even more beautiful. Congratulations to the De Marcos!

The dishes are simple but carefully prepared, with that authentic flavor of homemade Sicilian cuisine. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommended if you're in Gibellina and looking for a place to eat well and traditionally!

27/01/2026: Having trekked through much of Italy, I was craving some good ol fashioned chicken after a sea of pork Happened upon this quiet joint in the small town of Salemi and they made my wish come true. The chicken wings were fantastic and cooked to perfection. The chicken burger was delicious with the perfect amount of sauce! 10/10 would recommend, a must visit!

15/05/2026: Amazing! The best arancini I've ever had, the bread and panelle are superb, and the pizza is delicious! Even the nfigghiulata—we didn't expect it to be so good! But the best thing is the owner's kindness! Not to be missed!
