13/08/2026: I can't say I'd avoid the place, especially since it's one of the few places on the island where you can go out after dinner, but our experience was disappointing. The menu is rather limited, and the gluten-free options are truly limited and poorly curated. The beef tartare was tough and poorly seasoned. The worst part, however, was the after-dinner service: around 11 pm, our table and the lights were taken away because "the evening was about to begin," but the DJ set didn't start until after 1:00 am. From that point on, the DJ set was completely silent. I'm certainly not expecting it to start earlier, but I would at least have expected to be able to stay seated or have some music while waiting. Having asked before booking how the after-dinner service worked, if it had been explained to us in this way, we would have simply chosen to arrive later. The jokes at the exit about staying and enjoying more are to be avoided. For the experience, one star.

06/08/2026: A pleasant surprise, a bar that transforms to suit your needs. If you want to eat, you're sure to find it. Ditto if you want an aperitif and a chat. The atmosphere is informal yet very welcoming, with extremely kind and attentive staff.

The staff are exceptional: always friendly, calm, and serene, with that genuine smile that helps you start (or end) your day off right. The atmosphere is relaxing, perfect for unwinding. 13/08/2026: I went to this restaurant with my friends one evening in August during our trip to Pantelleria. We set out with high expectations, given the excellent reviews and the fact that four restaurants had won, but as soon as we entered, we immediately realized the reality was quite different. The owner, looking annoyed, asked us if we had booked, and after showing us the table we had to make our own way, she never showed up again. The waiters were unprofessional, and we had to wait over 10 minutes for one of the six appetizers, repeatedly asking the staff if something had happened. The appetizers were good overall, but the first courses were a complete disappointment, especially the ricotta and mint ravioli, which were bland, and we also found cooking water when we poured the butter. When it came to dessert, the waitress couldn't recommend anything except the Bacio Pantesco and the cannoli, because, in her opinion, everything else was terrible... The bill was presented to us at the cashier by a waitress who had already changed for the end of her shift and was carrying a backpack. Not even a shadow of the owner.

13/08/2026: A terrible experience, from start to finish. We had reserved a table for 16, and when we arrived, we found ourselves with a table set for 12. Only after my insistent requests did they add another table for four, on the other side of the room, with an absurd outcome for a reservation made so far in advance. But the worst was yet to come. We were brought the wrong appetizer, and instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, the waiter insisted repeatedly that it was the correct one. The same thing happened with the main course: it was clearly wrong, but the owner insisted it was correct. In the end, to avoid further arguments, we accepted the incorrect dish anyway. Naturally, it was duly charged to our bill. As if that weren't enough, a glass was broken during dinner, and later, a waiter dropped a food-stained fork on my shirt. No apologies. When I simply asked for something to clean my shirt, I was even laughed at. And now we come to the bill: €512.30. For a group of 11, after everything that had happened, the "discount" applied was a whopping €2.30. Mistakes happen, but what really makes the difference is how they're handled. Here, we found disorganization, little customer service, and, above all, a lack of willingness to take responsibility for mistakes. A decidedly negative experience. We won't be returning.

09/06/2026: I can only offer my sincerest compliments to this beach, which truly deserves top marks in every respect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with extraordinary kindness and helpfulness. I had a small dog with me, and with great courtesy and sensitivity, not only was I allowed access, but the entire staff worked hard to ensure he was comfortable and at ease. This attention is by no means a given these days, and I greatly appreciated it. I would also like to extend special praise to the lifeguards, true professionals. In particular, I would like to thank one lifeguard whose name I unfortunately don't know: when I had a small problem with my son, he immediately intervened with great promptness, demonstrating clarity, competence, and an extraordinary ability to manage the situation. Beyond the speed of his response, what struck me most was his kindness, attentiveness, and the reassurance he conveyed to all of us. He was truly impeccable. Experiences like this make all the difference and demonstrate how behind a facility there are people who work with passion, professionalism, and heart. I recommend this beach without the slightest hesitation and will be delighted to return. Congratulations to all the staff for the exceptional work they do every day: you are an example of hospitality, attention, and professionalism. Well done! 👏🌟🏖️

11/08/2026: Breathtaking location, especially at sunset. Cocktail lovers will find obsessive attention to detail, truly excellent. All local products are expertly crafted. To those who complain about the prices, I remind them that quality comes at a price, and I hope they can travel the world and make appropriate comparisons with equally exclusive places. For me, it remains a must-visit.

25/07/2026: Excellent little place, tried for breakfast and lunch. Delicious breakfasts with local and non-local pastries, cappuccino with the option of lactose-free milk. AMAZING cannoli, also available to take away—light and not cloying. For lunch, they offer first courses, including fish, such as spaghetti with grouper ragu. The takeaway food is also worth mentioning: large, delicious sandwiches with fillings at a very reasonable price (€2.50), focaccia, and frittatas. Everything is delicious.

23/07/2026: We had dinner here. Being a bar and pizzeria, the quality of the entrees isn't particularly high, but it's still manageable. The service wasn't very thorough, as we asked what was on the Pantelleria zucchini and were assured there was no cheese other than a sprinkling of Parmesan on top. However, when it arrived, it was covered in mozzarella, which I, being lactose intolerant, couldn't eat. However, because we were in a hurry, we swapped the plates with what my companion had ordered. The menu doesn't list wines, and when we asked the waitress, she wasn't very knowledgeable about them. So overall, this experience was 3 stars. They have a nice terrace, but unfortunately, you can only see a thin strip of sea.

20/03/2026: The place is so-so, nothing special, terrible service, not to mention the food, I can't even describe it, it was awful. I DEFINITELY WON'T GO BACK

28/10/2025: Exceptional food, a perfect blend of tradition and innovation, perfectly balanced flavors, a delight from appetizers to first courses to dessert. You can't go to Pantelleria without trying Bacio Pantesco! The wine is exceptionally good, including the Passito! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Let them guide you through your choices, you won't regret it!

19/10/2025: Five stars aren't enough for our experience and the dishes we ate. Chef Salvatore offers refined yet understated cuisine, tasty and deeply rooted in Pantelleria's traditions. We had two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and two desserts. Everything was exceptional! Special mention goes to the scorpionfish bites and the Bacio Pantesco, a specialty from the usual ones found on Pantelleria. The attention to detail is outstanding, and in fact, several dishes are gluten-free or can be modified for celiacs. Attentive service and a stunning view complete the picture... Highly recommended!!
