22/10/2025: We were disappointed. The portions were small. One of the pasta dishes was not really cooked. We had to pay 3 Euro coperto per person, also for the children. The fish and seafood were very fresh. The service were friendly but could not guide us to a good wine in english. The location of this restaurant is of course very good, right in the city centre.
18/10/2025: Highly recommended! Excellent dishes and a very friendly staff combine in a refined, welcoming yet characterful atmosphere.

31/10/2025: As soon as we finished dessert, we had nothing to say.
The appetizer, €12, is a great meal for two people (if eaten alone, it counts as a main course because the portions are just right for the variety of appetizers it includes).
2 first courses, €12 each, excellent in both flavor and quantity!
2 desserts, a ravioli and a hazelnut semifreddo: these were also delicious!
Impeccable service, and the employee who looked after us was truly kind and helpful.
The atmosphere is very simple, familiar, and reflects the simplicity and tradition of the cuisine offered, which is typically Sicilian.
It's a trattoria I highly recommend!!!
Only problem? 10 days in Sicily will put your clothes at risk!!!

09/11/2025: Highly recommended. The place was clean and welcoming, and the waiter was very kind. We had the raw ham, which was very fresh and tasty. For our main course, we had the snapper, which was very fresh and perfectly prepared. They pay great attention to every detail. Compliments to the chef and sommelier!
30/10/2025: We had lunch here recently. We had a raw appetizer, a first course, a side of vegetables, and a 700-800g amberjack for our second course. We also had a bottle of water and a Donna Fugata wine. We paid €160.
For what we ate, I think the price is very high. It's an experience not to be repeated.

14/06/2025: In giro per la casbah di Mazzara del Vallo, incontriamo questo ristorante con musica molto bella. Pranzo fantastico: caponata e crostini al pomodoro buonissimi ma ancora più buoni i paccheri allo spada e finocchietto selvatico e la pasta con le sarde. Unica pecca: personale freddo e poco empatico.

23/10/2025: I especially note the rudeness of the owner. At 1:30 PM, when we asked for another course after those already ordered and eaten, he replied that the kitchen had already been cleaned and it was no longer possible to order. Not only that, but 15 minutes later, they started clearing the table completely and cleaning underfoot while we were finishing our drinks (as in, "You've eaten, now go away, we're in a hurry to close.")

16/08/2025: I literally cross the whole city to go to their place. I love the Arrancini which are cheap and very big.
30/05/2025: Bar Pitti 5 stars are not enough, I would have given 10 stars! The bar is equipped with a pastry laboratory that churns out pastries, local sweets and pizzas produced every day!!! Everything is delicious! Discovered because it is close to the accommodation. This morning before leaving I bought a typical fruit dessert with ricotta, an arancina and a hot macchiato coffee, I paid only 4 euros!!!!
If I were to return to Mazzara, the first stop would definitely be here!!!
