21/01/2026: Let me start by saying that we're two tourists from Turin, and after a trip to Segesta, we took a stroll through the center of Alcamo around 5:30 PM. We entered the bar and were immediately greeted warmly by the owner, Massimo, with whom we had a joking chat about Turin and Alcamo brioches. Everything was great, from the cappuccinos to the desserts we sampled. Compliments on everything, making us feel at ease, especially given the large number of customers. Best regards to the entire Serra family.

The sandwich I ordered was truly delicious: fresh ingredients, thoughtful combinations, and generous portions. You can taste the attention to quality and care put into the preparation. The value for money is also excellent: I ate well, left satisfied, and without spending too much. Another plus is definitely the courtesy of the staff: welcoming, helpful, and smiling, they immediately made me feel at ease. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty sandwich in a simple yet welcoming atmosphere.

08/04/2026: We were there last year, beautiful view very romantic, I would have added some candles outside to create more atmosphere, we had a first course and some wine, but we had to order more because the dishes were not abundant, for the rest everything was very beautiful

11/02/2026: Unfortunately, we discovered it on our last evening in Alcamo. It was a wonderful evening. The outdoor terrace is lovely, the staff friendly and attentive, and the pizza was delicious. The price was reasonable. It's a shame we didn't discover this Ristorante Pizzeria sooner. Highly recommended!

15/03/2026: A friendly pizzeria, reasonably spacious, and the pizza is good. I've never been on a Saturday, when it's usually packed, and the pizzas are burnt or undercooked, and arrive significantly late. If the owner invites me, I'll go and leave a review.

07/05/2026: A Sunday evening at Sperone in Alcamo. I've traveled far and wide for decades, and naturally, I've ordered pizza in countless restaurants throughout Italy, from north to south. Well, a week ago, I was with two friends at Sperone, and I can confidently say, as I told them, and as I later told the pizza chef before leaving, complimenting him, that the pizza I was served at this restaurant was absolutely the best I've ever had at a pizzeria. I always order the Napoli version; the dough was excellent, crispy to perfection, with the perfect consistency, and topped with truly high-quality ingredients. In addition to pizzas, the menu offers other dishes cooked to perfection, with quality food and truly generous portions. Fair prices, no surprises. Another note of merit: the updated menu is available on the restaurant's website, demonstrating their professionalism and entrepreneurial integrity.

28/04/2026: The location is fairly clean. Parking is excellent. We ate well and were served reasonably well. The only drawback: compared to the availability of the customers (many because the place is popular), there are only three restrooms. I recommend it!

22/04/2026: The owner recommended this sandwich to us, a truly spectacular new addition, with exceptional dough and carefully chosen toppings. Not to mention the dessert pizzas, which are truly worth trying. We'll definitely be back 😋

15/02/2026: Simply exceptional pizza! The dough is light, well-leavened, and very digestible, with a soft, fragrant crust. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality; you can really taste the difference. Home delivery was very punctual, and the pizza arrived still hot and perfectly packaged. Friendly and attentive service, a wide selection on the menu, and excellent value. One of the best home-delivered pizzas I've ever had. Highly recommended! 🍕

18/03/2026: We originally booked a walk in the vineyard, but due to high rainfall the vineyard expressed We wouldn't get a 5 star experience as all the mud etc, so they gave us a cooking class. The Nonas who ran it where absolutely fabulous, they where so friendly and made your experience feel like yoj where in their own family kitchen. The women who toke us round and explained everything was charming and so helpful. The ground are exquisite and such a mesmerising place. We didn't stay the night so cannot comment on the room, but if they are like the rest of the experience I'm sure they would be outstanding. Highly recommend, perfect experience and a real insight to Italian cooking culture. We feel part of the family.

23/02/2026: We stayed there for a weekend that included breakfast and a tasting. Let me start by saying that we chose the place for the vibes the photos conveyed. I had envisioned a relaxing weekend with a good book and perhaps a walk in nature. The place is truly beautiful, the lounge is well-maintained, and there's a magnificent fireplace with a truly well-maintained relaxation area... it's a shame you can't use it. The staff is certainly friendly, but they didn't make us feel at ease. We had a feeling of inadequacy the entire time. Shall we talk about the tasting? A few olives, two slices of salami, one of prosciutto, and a glass of wine. Tastings are something else entirely; perhaps you could call them a small sample. The setting is a restaurant with a fireplace and a relaxed atmosphere, but the fireplace was out, and we couldn't linger in the lounge. Breakfast is also served here. It was served with everything we requested, no complaints, but we would have expected homemade food. Packaged yogurt, packaged jams, and especially packaged honey. A bit of a disappointment, although the cakes were truly delicious. The room was very nice, although rather small, making it unsuitable for a longer stay in my opinion. In the morning, after breakfast, the fireplace in the relaxation area was strangely lit, so I asked if I could stay there for a while; I'd have liked to spend some time reading. But I was told no, we couldn't stay there. Then I realized why; they'd only lit it because they were expecting people who were inquiring about the banquets. We'd liked to take a walk around the estate, but the ground was damp, and honestly, we didn't find the kind of welcome we needed to take a tour of the cellars. In short, we left at 10:30 with no other choice; there really wasn't anything else to do there, and we felt like we were in the way. So, it's a nice place, but definitely a far cry from a luxury resort. We've had much better hospitality at agriturismos. Too bad, we left feeling a bit disappointed. Considering the costs involved, the experience isn't worth it. I'll respond to the "clarifications" here. I see that your professionalism leads you to take criticism into account to improve. Many of the things you've specified aren't true, and others are inaccurate. For example, I never mentioned maple syrup, but honey, jam, and yogurt. You know better than I that all of them can be easily sourced locally. Every facility we've stayed at has always shown us around with courtesy and kindness. It's not a question of cost or money, as you try to make it out to be. I certainly wasn't referring to the tours you offer. Nor were the strong gusts of wind present until the day before. But with this review, we've pretty much understood the facility's real problem. Thank you and have a good day.

14/10/2025: Pizza to forget I ordered a pizza with baked potatoes and other vegetables and a pizza arrived with 4 very small cubes of baked potatoes and the pizza was super thin not up to the standard of a Sicilian pizza.
