29/08/2025: We stayed for 2 nights. Fabrizio the host is very attentive and provides detailed instructions and recommendations. The dinners were truly amazing, dishes are local, the atmosphere is charming and calming, we are gluten intolerant and everything was managed by the chef, we didn’t feel left out of local experience, we got same dishes as others without gluten and really delicious, including desert, great great service. Wine tasting was full of knowledge with local stories very entertaining, by the way wine is delicious

07/08/2025: Tarantola Farm is the place to be! Fabrizio helped me organize a surprise cooking class for my boyfriend and I. He was incredibly accommodating to any dietary restrictions and always helped with a smile. Led by the great chef Francesco, we had an amazing 3h cooking class where we prepared a full 5-course Sicilian dinner using some of the best produce and ingredients. After a lot of fun in the kitchen we enjoyed the food we made ourselves on their beautiful terrace surrounded by the vineyards and the calmness of the Sicilian countryside. Definitely recommend spending some time at the Tarantola farm if you feel like escaping the busy coastal cities. This cooking class was truly one of our favorite moments this trip. 10/10 would recommend!

17/12/2025: At Monelle, right in the center of Alcamo (main square), I ate the best pizza of my life. Soft and light dough, yet just the right amount of crispiness: a perfect bite and, rare, incredibly digestible. The flavors are refined, never overpowering: balanced saltiness and a clean taste. Superior-quality ingredients and creative toppings, with a wide selection of highly original pizzas and ingenious combinations I'd never seen before. For me, it's a true excellence, not just locally but at the Italian level.

13/12/2025: The pizza was amazing, and for the first time I managed to eat it entirely. The waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I had a wonderful evening with friends and hope to return to enjoy the restaurant portion. We paid less than the average for pizzas that claim to be gourmet. The only complaint, purely for personal taste, is the color scheme of the location, which makes it a bit sterile. This pizzeria and its staff deserve more than the hype they offer. I recommend it!

04/01/2026: A magical New Year's Eve amidst the elegance and warmth of Baglio. Staying at Baglio Passofondo for New Year's Eve was an experience that went far beyond a simple vacation. The elegant setting of the property provides a warm welcome from days gone by. The rooms are extremely comfortable and perfectly heated, a cozy nest ideal for winter evenings. The beating heart of the resort is undoubtedly Andrea, the true soul of the house, who, together with the very kind Giovanna, made us feel like guests of honor from the very first moment. The New Year's Eve dinner was exceptional: dishes prepared by Giovanna with a love and care that was evident in every bite. In this place, generosity is not a detail, but the very emblem of the management. Kudos to all the staff: Antonello, Patrizia, Carlo, Graziana, Turi, Grazia, Carmelo, Rosaria, Diego, Bianca.

21/12/2025: We stayed just one night at Tenute Baglio Passofondo. The room was super clean, the atmosphere welcoming and warm. Perhaps a few more Christmas decorations would have made the atmosphere even more charming, but overall the experience was very pleasant. We had a small problem with the tub, which was quickly resolved by the very helpful staff who changed our room. Since it was December, we had to wait a bit for the room to get back to the right temperature, but nothing that compromised our stay. The night passed in complete tranquility. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice from their garden, which was truly appreciated.

07/12/2025: La Bisaccia in Alcamo, a place surrounded by greenery just a few kilometers from Palermo. A warm and welcoming place. If you want to be treated with a red carpet, I recommend this place. The owner and the assistant maître d' will treat you like royalty. From appetizers to dessert, everything is amazing: the dishes are delicate and made with high-quality, authentic ingredients. The owner even offered us more wine. Excellent value. Photos and videos tell the whole story.

28/10/2025: A very pleasant place. With a warm atmosphere and excellent service. The caponata, gnocchi, and pasta with ragu are excellent. I recommend it and would gladly return.

26/07/2025: In short... Good value for money, better than downtown. But you have to travel miles to get there. There's also the fact that you often encounter (abundant in the neighborhood, to be honest) rude customers who wave their arms and try to skip your turn when they realize you're not their type... This isn't the owners' fault, obviously. The products (sorry to mention them last) are definitely better than average: hot food, ice cream, marzipan, all highly recommended.
