10/10/2024: Abseits der touristischen Pfade bietet das Restaurant eine hervorragende sizilianische Küche. Der Fisch war lecker und für unsere Mädels (12 und 15) auch etwas dabei. Anders als am Meer sind die Preise sehr moderat. Hier speisen hauptsächlich Einheimische. Wir waren in der Woche hier und es war gut besucht. Geöffnet ist es abends ab 20 Uhr und montags ist Ruhetag. Wir können einen Besuch nur empfehlen. Die Besitzer haben uns herzlich aufgenommen. Vielen Dank an den wunderbaren Gastgeber.

05/01/2025: Happened by chance on an August evening, beautiful location, terrible food, we ordered an appetizer while waiting for the pizzas and apart from the bread, if I had known that I would have gladly avoided it, the pizzas were indescribable, if I'm fooled the rest is all in fact, I saw mine served with diced bacon from a discount store - indescribable - oh I forgot, in addition to the diced bacon, the mozzarella was prepared and not fiordilatte; nice location but nothing exceptional

04/01/2025: Very nice, clean, high profile place, with linear and very chic neoclassical decor. Well managed, with courtesy and elegance. The food was delicious even though I prefer gluten-free pizza, delicious. Average prices, worth a try

07/01/2025: We went to this place because we were in the area...we were going to another place but it was closed "too bad" we go into this nice place, a little cold in terms of location...we order a dish and it arrives with other condiments that weren't written there on the menu...I order a pizzolo and it arrives with speck and rocket cooked in the oven...BUT IT DOESN'T MURDER the very salty speck and the vegetable rocket boiled…you bring the dish with all the scraps and the waiter doesn't tell me why you left it…the pizza is good but too thick and hard to chew…it was definitely not a good evening for gold….

28/11/2024: Ottimo caffè consumato con amici, all'interno della sala bar Mangiafico, complimenti all'azienda Mangiafico per la scelta del personale altamente qualificato...........ritornerò al più presto!!!

03/09/2024: Very good pizzeria for delivery and take away. We wanted to have a really good pizza at the end of our vacation and we weren't disappointed. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The pizza was a dream in terms of look, smell and especially taste. If you want very good pizza in Solarino and the surrounding area you have to order from Lievito e Sale!

29/08/2024: A traditional pizzeria in the town center of Solarino. Great pizzas, we ordered via WhatsApp which is convenient as we don't speak Italian. You have to order well in advance because they have a lot of work. Very good pizza with quality ingredients. Prices are reasonable I happily recommend!
