06/03/2026: For me, it's home now, not just a restaurant. I don't want to take anything away from anyone, but for me, eating in Palazzolo is like going to the Taverna. It's been 6 years since we first came here, and it was love at first sight. The excellent cuisine, the quality and deliciousness of every dish, the atmosphere, the kindness, the pleasant hospitality, and that love for cooking and one's work passed down from Father to Son. A great host, he embodies the excellence of Palazzolo cuisine.

03/03/2026: Reservation for Saturday evening. Upon arrival, we were abruptly ushered out by the owner with the promise of "a couple of minutes." Upon my return, after a quarter of an hour of waiting outside, I received an extremely annoyed response in front of other customers. I kept my tone calm and politely replied, pointing out that a legitimate question could be answered politely without that rude tone. The table was assigned after a long wait. Throughout the evening, no clarification was given, no gesture of attention, as if to imply that treating customers this way was normal practice. Delays happen, and that's understandable. Arrogance and inappropriately authoritative tones are also not. Hospitality isn't optional, but a basic ingredient for anyone working in the restaurant business. The food was average, but inevitably tainted by a bitter aftertaste from the attitude I received. I won't be returning.

23/12/2025: Beautiful, spacious, but somewhat dated property. Overall charming and a pleasant atmosphere with great staff, but the rooms are a bit older, the refrigerator is quite noisy, the water takes a long time to heat up, and the doors stick a little. Nevertheless, highly recommended.

17/10/2025: A beautiful, peaceful place, surrounded by well-kept greenery. If you're looking to relax, this is the right place. The pool is large, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The only flaw is the accommodation. We never found anything in the kitchen except two cups, even though there were three of us. The dinnerware rental cost €8 per day. Not even a glass or a piece of cutlery other than two teaspoons were provided. It's a shame, because otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.

17/01/2026: I bought some miniature pastries to take away. These were delicious and the price was more than fair (€3.50 for 5 miniature pastries)! Recommended!

18/01/2026: Enjoyable restaurant and pet friendly. It's high-end ish but somehow doesn't really impress. I think 4 stars is where it sits.

16/11/2025: Our experience at this nearly Michelin-starred restaurant unfortunately fell far short of expectations. The tagliolini with mushrooms was the main disappointment: completely flavorless, without aroma or character, a dish that left no impression on the palate. To make matters worse, the service was decidedly poor: little attention to customer service, long wait times, and service that didn't even begin to reflect the restaurant's aspirations. For a restaurant that strives for excellence, we expected much more. This experience, however, was truly disappointing.

08/02/2026: Nice place (I love the tiles in the toilets) kind and professional staff, we booked and as soon as we arrived they made us sit, the atmosphere is welcoming, I took a gluten-free menu and I must say I was very pleased, I will return.

06/01/2026: The prices were too high (I paid the same as I do in Milan for a first course: €15). Unfortunately, I found very little that was local or Sicilian; even the tagliatelle with mushrooms and sausage were actually just mushrooms, and you had to search for the sausage. Disappointing.
