02/11/2025: To say that the food at this restaurant is good is an understatement. The food here is superb. The owner, Santo, is a wonderful person with unique hospitality. It's like dining at a friend's house. Among the many dishes, I tried a tongue that I don't think I've ever tasted so good. The appetizers were excellent, the ravioli with pork sauce were incredible, the sausage and the desserts were sublime, the house wine spectacular. And finally, the bill was €59 in total. I asked if I hadn't made a mistake. This place is a true experience. If you happen to pass through Palazzolo, definitely stop by. Roberto

07/11/2025: Fantastic restaurant with incredibly friendly owners. Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars for the service. It's probably already common knowledge that Andrea's dishes are a culinary delight… and the prices are absolutely reasonable for this quality (starter: porcini carpaccio, followed by tagliolini al tartufo di Palazzolo con uovo poche, dessert: ricotta with strawberry sauce). The wine recommendation was, as always, excellent. It's well worth the trip, especially since Palazzolo Acreide is simply beautiful… Update November 2025: Nothing has changed. Simply superb!

20/10/2025: Really lovely staff — super friendly and attentive from start to finish. The food presentation was beautiful, very creative and a bit on the posh side, which we appreciated. The wine was excellent too, definitely one of the highlights of the meal. That said, some of the dishes looked better than they tasted. A few lacked flavour, which made them feel a bit plain despite the fancy presentation. Had we known, we probably would’ve gone to one of the more traditional restaurants nearby, where the food tends to have a bit more punch. Overall though, great service, stylish vibe, and amazing wine — just needs a little more flavour to match the presentation.

17/10/2025: Fabulous local food in an atmospheric spot with a friendly chef/owner. Lunching inside on a stormy autumn day with lots of locals, this felt like a very authentic Sicilian experience!

17/10/2025: A beautiful, peaceful place, surrounded by well-kept greenery. If you're looking to relax, this is the right place. The pool is large, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The only flaw is the accommodation. We never found anything in the kitchen except two cups, even though there were three of us. The dinnerware rental cost €8 per day. Not even a glass or a piece of cutlery other than two teaspoons were provided. It's a shame, because otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.

14/10/2025: Pleasant stay, surrounded by olive trees and silence, shame about the rubbish along most of the Sicilian roads, which leads me to look at other destinations with great regret.

17/11/2025: We had lunch à la carte. The atmosphere was small but well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and courteous, but the menu was a bit limited in its selection of dishes, with plenty of aesthetics but little substance. The prices? In line with local restaurants.

31/10/2025: Great restaurant. I recommend the calzone. The pizza was also good, but we especially loved the calzone. We were there in mid-October and easily got a table for 12 people. The prices are quite reasonable. The pizzas are inexpensive. The bill at the end was handwritten – quite an adventure! :D Anyway. Very nice atmosphere and friendly service. That's all I can say.

11/05/2025: Il posto e’ molto bello e raffinato, i menu’ sono stati spettacolari con portate a base di carciofi e primi e secondi molto particolari. Nonostante io non sia un gran forchetta ho adorato tutti i piatti! Ricette mah banali e anche il menù della degustazione dei vini ottima! Camerieri cortesi, professionali e con grande capacità di presentare le varie portate. Un posto scelto per caso ma che mi ha colpito tantissimo! Spero di tornarci presto. Assolutamente consigliato

31/10/2025: Corsino is Palazzolo Acreide's historic pastry shop and a guarantee of quality food. The food is excellent, from the rustici to the desserts: everything is delicious. The arancini and impanate are extraordinary, not to mention the desserts. The pastry chef is very talented. Every time I go to Palazzolo, Corsino is a must-stop.
