06/05/2025: found by chance on Google maps, I look at the photos and I like it. When I arrived I realized that my expectations were met. enchanting location with attention to the smallest details. large and clean rooms. I encountered a problem with the bathroom (an accidental event) and my room was immediately changed. good dinner at the restaurant. excellent breakfasts above the farmhouse targets, all delicious and with great variety. A special thanks to Alessandro who follows customers step by step, always available and friendly. We will definitely return. Thank you

06/05/2025: Unser Besuch war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis. Von gegrillten Salatherzen über Ravioli mit Ricottafüllung mit einer Tomaten-Fleischsosse und auch das Kanninchengericht .... alles war ein besonderer Genuss. Wir hatten uns für einen Platz im Trattoria Aussenbereich entschieden, in dem auch die Einheimischen zusammenkamen. Ein freundlicher Service in einer netter Gesellschaft ... es war eine Freude.

29/04/2025: Proposals from Palazzolo at Km 0 with meat being the undisputed queen. I recommend the Iblei suckling pig with porcini mushrooms and above all the rib-eye stuffed with vegetables (yes, you understood correctly...) served in a saucepan with handles. It is the house specialty and I assure you that you will hardly forget this dish. Special mention for the bill (55 euros considering a mixed starter and two generous second courses) and service, with coffee kindly offered. All just a stone's throw from the beautiful church of San Sebastiano, one of the jewels of Palazzole.

22/03/2025: We took a break there and it was very authentic and beautiful.. two nice women served us and were very friendly and polite.

22/03/2025: Cold evening despite being the first day of spring. You're away from home, you find an open place, you rush in. A slightly rustic atmosphere, from the 80s/90s, but warm and welcoming. Little space inside, but the manager immediately set up a table for us. The desserts were delicious. Two breakfast pieces, which although taken at 10pm, still denoted freshness. In short, Caffè Sicilia was a very pleasant surprise on a cold (7 degrees) spring evening.

17/09/2024: Locale molto bello, eravamo in visita a Palazzolo e ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante, cibo buonissimo, Ravioli spettacolari e dei secondi davvero buoni.

06/05/2025: We were desperate for a western style cup of coffee, so I popped in and asked the lovely young lady behind the counter. Normally, they only do espresso, but when I asked about a larger coffee (x 2) to take away, she went out of her way to make a latte and cappuccino for us, and they were exceptional! Her service, helpfulness, and extremely reasonable price earned a great review. I'm sorry we weren't staying long enough to try the food. 🙌✨️

01/05/2025: Unfortunately our experience at J'live in Palazzolo Acreide was disappointing. Since our arrival, the general impression has not been positive: little attention to hygiene and less than attentive service. There was a table next to ours that hadn't yet been cleared, with visible remains such as chicken bones left there for the duration of our meal. We ordered a mixed starter, which was not clearly described on the menu, and which turned out to be mainly composed of preserved products, such as pickles and canned preserves. We expected something more genuine and representative of local cuisine, especially in an area rich in gastronomic excellence like Palazzolo. The staff seemed distracted and not very present, and there was no attempt to salvage the experience or ask for an opinion on how the dinner was going. It's a shame, because the place had potential, but the lack of care both in the dining room and in the kitchen compromised our visit. We hope they can improve in the future, but at the moment we don't feel like recommending it.
