Riesce sempre ad abbinare i miei gusti sempre indecisi, ma mi consiglia sempre il sublime.

21/04/2025: Ristorante di ottima qualità un bistrot siciliano in purezza. Siamo andati in questi giorni di vacanza per la Settimana Santa consigliati da alcuni amici. Piatti fatti bene con ricercatezza e tecnica. Servizio di buon livello simpatico ed empatico, mai presuntuoso. Ho notato una bella cantina di vini di ottima etichette, forse limitata la scelta dei siciliani che possono accompagnare questa cucina moderna e intraprendente. Complimenti e tenete duro…

had the legendary crunchy pizza with two flavor combinations. What can I say?! Truly delicious, with excellent ingredients and, above all, that mix of softness and crunchiness that makes it truly unique!
I highly recommend trying it, especially since the old management has returned and taken over the place!

Exquisite whole wheat dough.
Affordable prices.

31/08/2025: Better than some four-star hotels. Having to attend a wedding, we were supported by the newlyweds at this property.
Extremely kind and helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious and always clean, with daily linen and towel changes.
Abundant and reasonably varied breakfast.
Outdoor pool and ample parking.
Highly recommended, provided you have a means of transport to the city center and are not disabled, given the lack of an elevator.

11/09/2025: We had high hopes, but we found it closed for the holidays. It was September 6th, I think. But that's fair enough; they probably stayed open all August... :)
09/08/2025: We stayed in Pozzallo for 2 weeks in July 2025. We found this place by chance as it´s not on the main road that´s closest to the beach. We went to Cremi several times and we can highly recommend it. Everything is delicious and freshly made on the premises. Try granita with brioche or cannolo, which is definitely the best in town. Their biscotti (various kinds) just melt on your tongue. The owner is supernice and helpful, if you aren´t sure what to have. Worth visiting, don´t miss it!!!!

20/08/2025: I bought 5 lemon granitas even though there was nothing granita about them with 3 brioches worse than those in the supermarket, hard and definitely not fresh, paying a total of €16.50. I strongly advise against eating the granita and brioche in this bar.

23/08/2025: The family-run business is the highlight of this lounge bar. Salvo and his staff are wonderful people, and the quality of the food is top-notch. Chef Michela is extremely professional and shows her passion in every dish she prepares. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
22/08/2025: We came to Pozzallo on vacation and tried several restaurants over the past few days.
But at Nautilus Lounge Bar, we ate the best spaghetti allo scoglio in the area, cooked by chef Michela.
Highly recommended.
