29/03/2024: Come nel primo incontro, anche questa volta sono riusciti a stupirmi. Piace la ricercatezza della loro cucina, originale e per niente banale, la raffinatezza della presentazione a tavola, la sapienza e la professionalità nello spiegare la preparazione dei piatti o la provenienza dei vini. Anche la musica che si ascolta, fa capire di essere un ristorante non per tutti. Estremamente gentili e professionali i camerieri di sala. Vale la pena provare.

23/03/2024: Abbiamo passato una bellissima serata accompagnati in maniera molto attenta e premurosa da tutto lo staff. Qualità dei piatti eccellente e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Noi abbiamo preso di menù degustazione, mentre i miei bimbi hanno ordinato alla carta. Sicuramente dobbiamo tornare per assaggiare altre pietanze molto invitanti. Consigliatissimo.

04/04/2024: Excellent pizzas, we took the vegetarian one and the old one, truly 2 exquisite pizzas with a fresh, genuine flavor (not covered, as often happens in other places, by the flavor of dubious and artificial preparation). All express dishes, with always very fresh ingredients and fish, cooked expertly and with care at a decidedly accessible price. All seasoned with the kindness, friendliness and courtesy of the guys who serve the tables.

27/03/2024: I willingly returned to eat pizza at Darius and was obviously satisfied! Delicious pizza with quality ingredients. A special mention to the truly excellent and highly digestible dough. The Sicilian pizza is very good. Well done!

01/05/2024: Decisamente deludente, si attende troppo tra una portata e l'altra, piatti di qualità ma porzioni scarse, personale qualificato, menù con poca scelta, chef professionale ma costretto a presentare dei piatti con materie prime ripetitive, rapporto qualità prezzo non pertinente, molto fiscali x l'orario in quanto alle 14,35 ho notato che dei turisti non sono stati accolti,inoltre abbiamo pagato una bibita non richiesta, mai più!

23/03/2024: Once we arrived in Sicily and rented the car we chose this restaurant for our first dinner in Sicily. Ample parking and an easy-to-access room. The very kind and helpful owner welcomed us. We chose linguine with sea slug, busiate with pistachios and prawns and a mixed grill for 2, all accompanied by an excellent Sicilian white wine Leone from the Regaleali estate. The well-composed and balanced dishes were really good, we recommend this place to anyone flying to Palermo to enjoy the true flavors of the island.

07/03/2024: It was a nice discovery, we went for dinner by chance, there were two of us and we found a welcoming place, very friendly wait staff and good food. We had such a good time that we decided to go back again. The second time was even better than the first. Normal prices and excellent service, recommended. P.s. I wanted to thank Gaspare for the splendid plating of the almond parfait.

The environment is stereotypically decorated, nothing incredible in short, but the menu is vast, the portions are generous and inexpensive. They even have a loyalty card that I would have already filled if they had mesos earlier!

18/02/2024: We started from the bistro... it felt like we were eating by the sea, Giuseppe Costa's team (always present to view everything that arrived at the table) was very good, polite and prepared. The swordfish made me become a carnivore again after 13 years. Next time we'll see each other at the Bib.

The aperitif is tempting with bubbles and 3 different tastings proposed by the chef (a mini club sandwich, a potato mousse with creamed cod and fried prawn balls). The portions of the Marenostrum Menu are small, in true 80s style, a novelty here in Sicily. I was intrigued by the idea of ​​combining truffles with fish, even though I prefer dishes in which truffles reign supreme. I really appreciated the desserts: congratulations to Sofia Taverna and her truly special "Almond"! The service is far too attentive, the advice of the dining room staff is appropriate. The outdoor area of ​​the terrace where we dined is a bit anonymous and could be improved from an aesthetic point of view.
