16/02/2025: Siamo andati in 4 di domenica sera, il locale era vuoto, ambiente davvero semplice ma ben curato, ci hanno accolto i proprietari e abbiamo ordinato un tagliere piccolo, una pasta alla norma,. spaghetti alla chitarra, uno spaghetto alla carrettiera e una parmigiana di melanzana, due calici di vino, due coca cola, un piatto di panelle...costo 90 euro Costo congruo per la qualità e quantità dei prodotti, i piatti più che abbondanti erano più che ottimi....il tagliere piccolo era composto da affettati buoni, formaggi , cipolla in agrodolce, delle olive spettacolaro da loro condite e da un ottima marmella.di arance al peperoncino, anche le panelle ben fatte. Dei primi cosa dire, spaghetti alla chitarra alle vongole davvero bene fatta e con tantissime vongole, lo spaghetto alla carrettiera era sublime portato in tavola accompagnato da una ciotola a di pangrattato da cospargere a piacimento, pasta alla norma era davvero buona, la dolcezza del pomodoro avvolgeva i tocchetti di melanzane fritte in un connubio reso perfetto dalla ricotta salata che arricchiva a piacimento il piatto....oltre a ciò un vino bianco molto fruttato e servito alla giusta temperatura. Ci sono stati offerti dei cannoli alla ricotta.molto buoni e dei mandarini del loro albero. Anche il pane al sesamo era fragrante e buono. Dopo 4 giorni trascorsi in Sicilia, tra Palermo, Trapani e Agrigento abbiamo visitato tanti monumenti e posti bellissimi e pranzato e cenato in ristoranti in cui mediamente il primo piatto costava tra i 15 e i 20 euro, costo per me non basso ma soprattutto non rispondente alle mie aspettative, che spesso sono le stesse aspettative di chi, oltre alla bellezza dei posti, vuol apprezzare anche i sapori e le tradizioni, e tra questa quella culinaria. In questo ristorante così semplice abbiamo trovato il calore del popolo siciliano, entrambi i proprietari con discrezione e gentilezza sono stato degli ottimi padroni di casa ed i modi semplici e garbato di lui e il sorriso.aperto.di lei sono stati un condimento prezioso per quella che posso definire un ottima serata siciliana.

16/02/2025: We went in 4 on Sunday evening, the place was empty, a really simple but well-kept environment, the owners welcomed us and we ordered a small cutting board, a pasta alla norma, spaghetti alla chitarra, a spaghetti alla carrettiera and an aubergine parmigiana, two glasses of wine, two cokes, a plate of panelle... cost 90 euros Congruent cost for the quality and quantity of the products, the dishes were more than abundant and excellent.... the small cutting board was composed of good cold cuts, cheeses, sweet and sour onion, spectacular olives seasoned by them and an excellent orange marmalade with chilli pepper, also the panelle were well made. English: What can I say about the first courses, spaghetti alla chitarra with clams, really well done and with lots of clams, the spaghetti alla carrettiera was sublime brought to the table accompanied by a bowl of breadcrumbs to sprinkle as desired, pasta alla norma was really good, the sweetness of the tomato enveloped the fried eggplant pieces in a combination made perfect by the salted ricotta that enriched the dish as desired.... in addition to this a very fruity white wine served at the right temperature. We were offered ricotta cannoli, very good, and mandarins from their tree. The sesame bread was also fragrant and good. After 4 days spent in Sicily, between Palermo, Trapani and Agrigento we visited many monuments and beautiful places and had lunch and dinner in restaurants where on average the first course cost between 15 and 20 euros, a cost that was not low for me but above all did not meet my expectations, which are often the same expectations of those who, in addition to the beauty of the places, also want to appreciate the flavors and traditions, and among these the culinary one. In this simple restaurant we found the warmth of the Sicilian people, both owners with discretion and kindness were excellent hosts and his simple and polite ways and her open smile were a precious seasoning for what I can define as an excellent Sicilian evening.

05/02/2025: I've been getting ice cream there for at least 25 years! Always good and never lost quality over the years! Indeed... many new flavors added and always generous portions at the right price. Highly recommended.

10/01/2025: If you find yourself passing through Termini Imerese, or simply are from Termini, you can't help but try it. Tony and Miriam are dynamic and fast, the pizza has a dough that I have always found spectacular and the toppings are of excellent quality. What can I say about the kebab: both in the sandwich and in the piadina, for me it is one of the best ones I have tried in many years.

01/12/2024: Amazing happy and energetic service to make us feel welcomed. 2 courses was little bit too intense with lack of balance for my personal taste. Like the pumpkin risotto with smoked duck breast or the pork cheeks with alot of strong and fatty flavours . I could have wished for a little more pungent and fresher kick than the curry mayo or something more sour than an sweet apple chutney. But the cheeks themselves were cooked to perfection. Great work, thanks for the evening.

21/02/2025: Posto bellissimo, cibo ottimo. Noi abbiamo fatto un pranzo tutto a base di pesce ed era tutto buonissimo, dall’antipasto al secondo. Curato tutto nel minimo dei dettagli. La cosa più importante per un ristorante è che era tutto ordinato e pulito. Per il personale ci sta da spendere anche due parole : CORTESI E SIMPATICI.

21/02/2025: Servizio Top e cucina straordinaria. Locale accogliente e pulito. Consigliamo sia il carpaccio di gambero, che la pasta con i ricci. Ci rivedremo sicuramente presto!

La struttura, gli ambienti interni, lo Chef Salvo Campagna che propone i suoi bei piatti, elaborati così sapientemente che ogni ingrediente pensato ed utilizzato ha il posto che merita e che, insieme, ti fanno esplodere il palato con mille sensazioni. Cucina circolare, utilizzo dei prodotti del territorio "secondo il tempo", dai amuse bouche al dessert è un percorso unico deliziosamente raccontato dalla maître Erica che ti coccola e suggerisce i migliori vini da degustare, scelti in una cantina ricca e variegata!!! Consiglio di andare e dimenticarsi del tempo che scorre!!!! Indimenticabile!!!!

Large, clean internal room with much of the workmanship visible. Outside, it is possible to eat on site on the pavement in front. Possibility of telephone booking and punctual home delivery service. Easy access for disabled people. Certainly recommended.

15/11/2024: Restaurant found by chance and I'm not disappointed it was very good and at really affordable prices for two we got it for around fifty euros with drinks starters dishes and desserts small downside service a little long and you have to catch the waiters to order, but after all we were just passing through

29/10/2024: Vilket ställe inrätt som en bilverkstad och alla rätter döpte efter bilmärken , och dom finaste rätterna natuligtvis dom finaste märkerna. Vi beställde alla ferarri oxfile med gorgozola micsallad och ptata fritti och tilldetta ett topvin. Allt väldigt gott och super service. Trevligt koncept, enligt mig bäst i Termini
