26/01/2025: The restaurant is located at the entrance to Partinico adjacent to the station, there are no problems with parking, there are many places, and there was also a person who was responsible for checking the parked cars, he didn't ask for anything, I chose to have left a coin. Outside there is plenty of space for summer evenings, inside there will be a very large 150 nice wide seats. In the restaurant there are tables that were used once and that few people use anymore. This is a positive note, because they have very large tables, they will be one meter per side, tables that were used once upon a time, now all the new places have small tables and honestly it is uncomfortable, however at Mamma Rosa you are comfortable at these large tables, the very operational and present dining room staff, a small, almost imperceptible gesture was enough and they arrived immediately very professional, perhaps a little cold. Classic cuisine tasty dishes, it's a shame that both mine and my wife's pasta were 2 different first courses, the pasta was overcooked, it's a shame the sauce was good and beautifully seasoned but the overcooked pasta didn't fit. We didn't want to send her back. Surely when I happen to return I will point out that I prefer the pasta al dente as it should be.
Regarding the bill, prices are more than fair. I recommend it, but point out to the waiter that you want the pasta cooked to perfection.

Tutto di ottima qualità!! Non vedo l’ora di venire a provare la loro pizza, anche i camerieri molto simpatici e disponibili!

14/01/2025: Really nice restaurant, dining under the mandarin trees and really romantic, but stop! Because the rest was really poor, they came to take the order after a quarter of an hour, and they hadn't even brought the menus, they forgot to make one pizza, and so one of us ate afterwards.
Halfway through the pizza they brought us the spicy oil that we asked for three times, along with a beer that they never brought us. We had cake as a surprise, and obviously when they brought it the table still had to be cleared. Very inattentive service is too much pressure. It's not a place for me.

19/01/2025: The pizzas are good, not excellent! The home service is terrible, you can't wait 1 hour and 10 minutes. for 3 fucking pizzas; It's not the first time it's happened and honestly it's ok but these pizzas aren't worth the wait and there's no excuse as the orders were placed on different days but the story is always the same. Since we are talking about time, I want to be as correct as possible, order accepted for 9.30pm (with explicit confirmation from the girl for the agreed time), order arrived after two more calls at 10.45pm, you tell me, mathematics is not a opinion! Honestly, I don't care that you have a lot of work, in fact my compliments but the poor management of orders and deliveries is not the end customer's responsibility to pay for with excuses and justifications.
12/01/2025: Really good pizza with quality ingredients and excellent burgers both in terms of quality and quantity, obviously based on personal taste, good value for money! I recommend it!
