23/01/2025: Il 4 ottobre sono andato in questo ristorante (la voce del mare) in famiglia per un compleanno, lo staff del ristorante è molto professionale e cortese, il cibo arriva caldo e di qualità. Consiglio a tutti di passare da questo ristorante

22/12/2024: There are no adequate terms to describe the kindness, friendliness, mastery and exquisiteness of their dishes! The staff is made up of Gabriele, Rosa, Beatrice and Angela.
I start with the premise of telling you that my husband and I are very demanding or rather "Camurussi", we appreciate well-seasoned pizzas with the right cooking times and CHILI PEPPER immediately leaving a positive mark on our palate, to the point of lead us to not being able to do more than them; and we were right right from the start because our pizza chef Gabriele, known as "golden hands", is very attentive and thoughtful in his work, and the love he shows for his work transforms it into works of art, giving us flavor experiences unique and unparalleled. ROSA's welcome is ONE of a kind and to understand what I told you you can only understand it by going to visit them and you won't regret it!
You will find yourself in front of a beautiful family
Where only by observing them work will you understand the true meaning of when they say: UNION is strength and not only that, also the difference.!
Keep it up, congratulations for all the good work!

The pizza was delicious and so were the others since no one left it on the plate...👍

03/12/2024: Raccomandiamo questo ristorante per la gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrata. Luca si è fatto carico di indicarci personalmente con la sua auto la strada per arrivare al nostro B&B in paese a Lascari, vista la chiusura per lavori.
06/11/2024: Ristorantino carino e tranquillo situato a pochi chilometri da Cefalù, abbiamo pranzato in un tranquillo e soleggiato sabato di novembre dopo aver visitato la splendida Cefalù .
C'è possibilità di scegliere menù di carne o di pesce, noi abbiamo optato per quello di pesce ad eccezione della bambina che ha preso la classica cotoletta di pollo con patatine, davvero ottima la pasta di pesce spada, melanzane e gamberi.

La Cucina di Michelangelo home restaurant

20/09/2023: During our stay in Cefalu we had the pleasure of stumbling upon this somewhat hidden gem of a restaurant. You dine in Michelangelo's private place. Space is therefore naturally limited (perhaps 12 people at most; We four were the only guests that evening), so it is essential to book in advance (also for planning purposes, of course). I really can't understand any bad review from someone who didn't book in advance and therefore gave it one star. That is simply disrespectful. Michelangelo speaks English, so communication over the phone for the reservation and at his place was easy and very friendly. Most importantly, the food was excellent. Because of his experience as a chef, Michelangelo combines Italian dishes with Asian or Latin American influences. During our two weeks in Sicily, we went daily to a good restaurant, but Michelangelo's food was one of the best culinary experiences we had there. It was a welcome change from the also good but admittedly a bit one-dimensional cuisine of many other restaurants there. Considering also the prices in other restaurants, the quality (and quantity) of what you get for what you pay is very good. We would highly recommend trying his place. You will not regret it. Thank you very much, Michelangelo, for a lovely evening!
16/09/2023: Absolutely unique and wonderful experience. Michelangelo is an amazing host and cook, who serves you a wonderful dinner in an equally wonderful setting.
If you are in the neighborhood, you cannot miss out on this restaurant. Just make sure to make a reservation as spots are quite limited.
