17/01/2026: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a sincere smile by the owner, a kindness that was immediately apparent. Seeing our slightly tired and puzzled expressions (we couldn't figure out where the inside dining room was 😅), he kindly explained that... it was upstairs ☝️🤣 Nicola, a truly special guy, welcomed us next: kind, friendly, and genuine. With his manner, he transformed the evening into something truly enjoyable, making us feel at ease as if we were among longtime friends. He accommodated advice, requests, and even concerns with a rare ease, a clear sign of the love one puts into one's work. We ordered two Delizia pizzas with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, arugula, parmesan, and mozzarella: top-quality ingredients, crispy, light, and super digestible. And as the owner had anticipated... no digestive issues at the end of the evening 😉 We were also offered a Nutella-filled sweet pizza: as tempting as it was (my eyes were sparkling 😍), we passed. But Nicola, with incredible kindness, didn't want to leave us with that languid look and offered us a truly exceptional limoncello. I really appreciated the atmosphere: intimate, cozy, peaceful... just like being at home with friends. Now I have a new friend in Cinisi and I really hope to return soon. Highly recommended! ⭐️

You'll notice a certain refinement in the ingredients and a skilled chef who pays homage to exceptional products, such as the Mazzara red prawn. The prawn risotto is highly recommended; to round out your meal, why not try the fried cassatelle? The prices may be a bit high, but quality comes at a price, and believe me, it's worth it.

24/01/2026: Wonderful 😍, a family-run restaurant where everyone greets the family who runs it with a kiss on the cheek; there's a really friendly atmosphere. And the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it.

10/01/2026: This restaurant reminds me more of a home-style eatery, with its home-cooked food. I tried the Caponata, my first time, and I loved it; it was very well cooked. A very simple dining room, with very friendly service and quite inexpensive. It's a shame I don't have a picture of the Caponata.

09/01/2026: It was a pleasure to eat frittola, a typical Palermo dish that's hard to find everywhere. What's even better is that you can't be taken for granted when you find partannina. Congratulations guys, keep up the good work, you deserve it. P.S. I came back for lunch at the table because I had such a good time the first time. This time, with my girlfriend, we had the small fried fish, the seafood salad, and two first courses (spaghetti with squid ink and spaghetti carbonara). I fully confirm the 5 stars. Everything was delicious. EXCELLENT fried food, fresh seafood salad (although I prefer it with more vinegar and lemon), fantastic spaghetti with squid ink, very rich in seasoning, carbonara made very well and above all with guanciale and without cream. In conclusion, I can only say: try it and believe it. Come on guys!
