26/06/2026: One of the best pizzas. I came to this restaurant this evening for pizza. My friends and I ordered five takeout pizzas and ate them on the beach, which is literally across the street from the restaurant. We were greeted warmly and had a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. The view was breathtaking. The pizzas are very easy to digest, not heavy, and very delicate. I had a parmigiana with baked ricotta and was amazed, first by the smell and then by the taste. The pizza was so crispy, the ingredients were just right, and the digestibility astonished me. I didn't feel the slightest bit heavy or bloated, as I often do when I eat pizza. Kudos to the entire restaurant. P.S. I don't have a photo of the pizza because I was too curious to try it, but it was beautiful, even aesthetically.

16/06/2026: We ate until we were stuffed. The portions were generous and just right, but the quality of the ingredients and the flavors of the dishes were something else entirely. Everything was delicious! We felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed. Even without speaking Italian, the service was incredibly hospitable and friendly. I loved chatting with the owner and learning a little more about him. The fish is fresh; it's delivered every morning. And you can taste it in every bite—its wonderful flavor is simply divine. I loved it! I'm definitely going back. And I highly recommend trying their amazing dishes. The atmosphere is also peaceful and beautiful. A delight in every way :)

21/09/2025: A lovely place and a beautiful plaza for the kids. The granitas are the best, and the arangini are delicious.

27/08/2025: I've been vacationing here for 42 years, and at least three times a week I have to go to this bar for granita. Excellent, to say the least...they have different flavors, all very intense. The brioches are always incredibly soft, and the cream they put on the granita is spectacular!!

15/09/2025: A pizzeria that operates with minimal staffing. The pizzas are very good. The dishes are disposable. Unfortunately, the wine has to be drunk from a plastic glass, so I prefer bringing my own. The staff is very friendly.

11/09/2025: Pizzeria "La Gioiosa" is mostly a takeaway place, but there are also some tables (a little basic) where you set your own table. The pizzas aren't bad...especially the dough is very light...but I prefer a normal pizzeria where they serve you at the tables.

07/05/2026: Excellent experience at Ristorante La Vecchia Posta! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Sicilian flavors. Every dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented, showing great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting — perfect for a relaxed meal in Gioiosa Marea. Staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. Great service, generous portions, and a wonderful dining experience — highly recommended!

27/06/2026: Excellent food, from pizza slices to arancini to nuggets—in short, a quick and diverse offering that caters to everyone, but above all, with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it. There's also a large free parking lot across the street, along with a municipal park with a playground. Overall, an ideal option, especially for families with children.

05/07/2026: Excellent macaroni alla Norma, cooked to perfection with a fabulous sauce and top-quality baked ricotta. The chops and mixed grill were also very good. I highly recommend it.

22/06/2026: The place of my youth. Time passes, but Number One remains and continues to satisfy. We had spaghetti with clams, linguine with lobster, and a mixed grill of seafood. We were very satisfied with everything. The table service was friendly as always. The ice cream was super good. It's always a pleasure coming to Number One.
