26/10/2025: High-quality ingredients, the wait staff was very kind and attentive, and the desserts with bitters were also excellent. Highly recommended.
13/10/2025: I visited this restaurant in October during a festival they hold in Floresta, and to be honest, I was a little scared, but I was pleasantly surprised. EVERYTHING, from the location to the food, was PERFECT. The ingredients were carefully selected, and the preparation brought out their quality. The appetizers were plentiful, the first courses were tasty, and the grill was first-rate. The staff were incredibly kind, despite the large influx of customers. A wonderful place to which I will definitely return.

19/09/2025: Unfortunately, over time, the quantity, and even the quality, of the food has declined significantly compared to my first visits years ago. The location remains pleasant and well-kept.

08/09/2025: A memorable stop in Floresta!
We were a group of five cyclists passing through and were greeted with great warmth and professionalism. The food, healthy and well-cooked, surprised us with its variety and quality: each dish was a small taste discovery. An experience definitely worth repeating. Sincere compliments to the owner, who demonstrated excellent organizational skills and a special care for her guests.

Tasty, well-cooked food, generous portions, and excellent service. Very pleasant, polite, and friendly staff. The price is right!

20/10/2025: Very poor place, inedible food, non-existent service, very long wait, very high prices based on the raw materials, stay as far away as possible.
19/10/2025: The atmosphere is very warm and, above all, quaint. The food is very good and plentiful. You can barely taste everything. We couldn't finish the meat 😅
The staff is courteous and kind, especially Mr. Domenico, to whom I owe a special thanks.
The owner is also a wonderful person. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

05/05/2025: Ennesimo ritorno da Don Santo, questa volta, al contrario di tutte la altre, di domenica.
Un po' timoroso per la confusione trovata, dopo una congrua e sana prenotazione, piano piano mi sono dovuto ricredere ... in positivo ovviamente.
Non mi dilungo: piatti ottimi, come sempre (pasta col sugo del suino dei Nebrodi eccezionale, carne buonissima) sia per qualità che quantità. Cordialità e disponibilità del personale a cinque stelle, Vittorio ormai è un'istituzione ☺
Organizzazione della sala perfetta, e si badi è da sottolineare che ciò è avvenuto di domenica, giorno di particolare afflusso, e con menù alla carta, senza alcuna imposizione di menù fisso.
Certamente consigliato ... anche di domenica 👍
03/05/2025: Cucina tipica di qualità, maccheroni al ragù di maialino nero buonissimo. Staff veloce e cortese, la proprietaria gentilissima. Torneremo sicuramente.
