A wonderfully authentic place run by a warm and welcoming family: the very best homemade pasta al ragù and pasta con salsiccia e nocciola, to name just a few of the delicious dishes. We had a lovely afternoon and will definitely be back, GRAZIE! ♥️

Ristobottegarc's 7-course tasting menu is a meticulously crafted journey, where each dish tells a story and each pairing is conceived with almost obsessive precision. Nothing is left to chance: from the plating to the textures, to the aromatic combinations that literally explode on the palate. Impeccable service. The waiter was one of the true stars of the evening: highly knowledgeable, engaging, and able to explain each course with skill and passion. Choosing wine was a ritual: a bottle opened at the table, a no-pressure tasting, and the complete willingness to change the glass if it wasn't to our liking. A rare attention that makes all the difference. The fish on display is a guarantee of freshness and quality. Seeing the raw ingredients up close and the care with which they are treated adds a level of trust and involvement that few restaurants offer. Magical moment: watching the dessert of the day being prepared. A masterfully whipped ricotta, complemented by a hint of bergamot pollen that smells of Calabria and elegantly closes the experience. Simply delicious. The "Michelin 2026" sign in the dining room isn't a fad, but a declaration of intent. And the cuisine perfectly lives up to that ambition. Technique, creativity, balance, and a clear identity: everything you'd expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Everything essential... Minimal portions... Everything measured

A great experience by chance, as the other places were full, and we found hospitality here. Very welcoming place, fast and friendly staff, the meal, featuring typical Sicilian products, satisfied us in both quality and quantity. The menu packages included everything, including drinks. Recommended if you want to take a nice walk. If you get snow, it's spectacular.

A great find in Floresta. Cafoodda is one of those places that doesn't need much embellishment: good ingredients, sincere cuisine, and authentic flavors. The pasta with sauce is excellent, truly delicious, and the grilled meat is well-prepared, tasty, and well-presented. You can sense a great attention to the quality of the ingredients and a genuine, unforced approach. The atmosphere is simple, welcoming, and perfectly in keeping with the surroundings. I would gladly return.
