20/03/2024: It was the best food I had during my trip to Sicily.
Food provided as a service? Bread? It was delicious from the start.
The taste was different from regular spaghetti, and the mussel soup was the best out of the three times I had it. The steak was also the best out of three. The wine recommended was also good.
The price was 151 euros for three people including wine, so it is a reasonable price of about 50 euros per person.

01/04/2024: We had chosen La Trinacria in Enna for an Easter lunch with the family, but what we experienced exceeded all expectations. The wait between one dish and another was interminable, and when the food finally arrived, we almost wished it hadn't. The pasta was inedible raw, and the presentation of the dishes was careless to the point of making us lose our appetite. The manager's response to our complaints? An impassive indifference. A negative experience that taught us a lesson: never again La Trinacria.

29/03/2024: This morning I took a chocolate Iris which they didn't have available, it was prepared for me in 10 minutes, delicious, very light and well fried dough, excellent and very abundant chocolate cream, truly a masterpiece, thanks Francesco!!!! 👍👍👍

02/04/2024: The place is a little small but the atmosphere is welcoming. The menu offers the possibility to choose between a pizzeria or restaurant. Our experience concerns pizza and we can say that it went quite well. The service is incredibly quick, the quality of the ingredients is discreet and the filling is plentiful. The pizza base is thin. Good value for money. The restaurant also has a large outdoor car park.

We ate a first course (pasta with ricotta and fennel, a little bland) and two excellent second courses (fillet with Piacentino and lamb fondue). The ingredients are of good quality and the portions are generous. Excellent preparation and presentation of the meat. Medium-high prices. Quick service and friendly, helpful staff.

This was definitely a culinary highlight amongst tough contenders during one week in Sicily.
The food was spectacular, as were the wines and the service.
We highly recommend having lunch or dinner here!
