Other courses were without personality, the cold cuts platter rich but cannot be accepted without fresh local mozzarella... To finish the beef fillet.... Better to review the cooking times or at least check that it turned out acceptable. I have to make a note on the service, that is, I cannot ask for a drink 2/3 times and it even arrives at room temperature... Let's say that everything can be improved but if you take inspiration from the location the results can certainly reach high levels but the prices MUST reflect what is offered... otherwise they would have to be remodulated. You shouldn't bite off more than you can chew...

27/05/2025: Coming out of the Aidone Museum they recommended this trattoria to us. Small and comfortable environment, friendly staff, fast service and the food really, really good! The suckling pig melted in your mouth! Fantastic! And ... try the cannoli liqueur made by the chef!!!!!
