09/01/2026: My last experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. Although the first order was delivered quickly and the food was quite good, we were made to wait an hour and a half for the second order, and the food arrived cold, a sign that it had been ready for a while. Furthermore, we were ignored by the waiters, and when I asked to order a second time, I was told they had to give priority to others who hadn't eaten. I understand the confusion on a Saturday night, but this is unacceptable for a much-vaunted "all you can eat" restaurant, where service should be guaranteed. Finally, the much-hyped XXL schnitzel was dry, almost like a piece of plywood. A decidedly negative experience.
Only go during the week; perhaps they treat you better.

The meat was terrible quality, especially the meatballs. Not to mention all the fried food, inedible, full of oil and salt.

16/02/2026: The restaurant has several rooms and plenty of seating. The missing fifth star is only due to the lack of parking, as it was really difficult to find one in the area (also due to it being Valentine's Day and the restaurant being packed).
The staff were very friendly, both at the reception and during dinner.
The quality of the menu—varied and catering to every palate—justifies the slightly above-average prices. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, with unique combinations and sophisticated flavors. We tried the baked potatoes with cacio e pepe cream as an appetizer and two pizzas, one with charcoal (wonderful!!!). We also looked at the tables and everything looked truly delicious.
We will definitely be returning to this restaurant, congratulations!

At Oste Maurizio, you don't just go for good food—you go to feel at home. Every dish is a treat; you can taste the passion and love that goes into everything. From the first to the last course, it's impossible to find anything less than delicious.
Maurizio is a wonderful person, incredibly sweet, always attentive and authentic: he manages to create a family and genuine atmosphere that makes every evening special.
A place where I always return with a smile, because I know it's the true flavor of Sicily and a heartwarming welcome.

The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and intimate, even with Maurizio, who puts guests at ease and knows how to recommend and make suggestions.
Excellent quality food, generous portions, and a decent wine list.

30/08/2025: It was my first time at Maori Fusion and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, the staff is kind and attentive, especially the head waiter: someone who exudes serenity, passion, and love for what she does, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The cuisine won me over: I tasted refined sushi, with attention to detail and a difference.
A place I highly recommend!
