30/08/2025: It was my first time at Maori Fusion and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, the staff is kind and attentive, especially the head waiter: someone who exudes serenity, passion, and love for what she does, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The cuisine won me over: I tasted refined sushi, with attention to detail and a difference.
A place I highly recommend!
28/08/2025: Not your average sushi franchise. Oriental-style decor with a small garden and Thai-style tables. The dishes are excellent, and both the oriental and classic Sicilian dishes are delicious. Parmigiana and caponata are not greasy, and the Italian first courses are delicious, as are the oriental second courses. The service is quick and friendly. Truly, compliments.

13/07/2025: The best entrecôte I've had recently, perfectly cooked, tender, and succulent. The appetizers at the buffet were decent, the almond ice cream was very good, but the churros were a bit greasy (was the oil a little cold?). The service was friendly and efficient.

06/04/2025: I live not far away and for a lifetime (I'm 46 years old) I've wanted to use them. Finally last night I made up my mind and the dream came true: the pizza is excellent for the raw materials and for cooking in a wood oven; the service was friendly and professional; the setting is wonderfully 80s.
Needless to say, I recommend it and I will first of all go back.
15/03/2025: I called at 5.30pm, they assured me that the pizzas would arrive by 9.45pm..at 10.05pm no pizzas had arrived so I called to get news and they told me "they are now coming out of the oven"..it's 10.27pm and still nothing..so they weren't coming out of the oven..the pizzeria is 100 meters from my house!! We trusted them three times thinking that being very close to home they wouldn't be late but every time it's the same thing! Never again! Also because the pizza is nothing exceptional!

23/05/2025: Beautiful bakery overlooking the street with ample parking in country style. Upon entering you immediately notice a clean, tidy and well-lit environment. The girl at the counter is very friendly and quick in service. There is a lot of delicious things starting from sweet to savory. There are also first courses, second courses and side dishes. We took some hot food, sandwiches with chicken breast slice, cannelloni and croissants, all delicious at honest prices. However I recommend it. Logically we also ate other things all good.

12/04/2025: Personale poco serio, una bambina oggi doveva usufruire del wc, dopo varie scuse come: stiamo lavando a terra, dovete consumare prima…; infine hanno detto che ci avevano visto pochi minuti prima nella yogurteria che non aveva la toilette e che non potevamo usare la loro neanche se avessimo consumato qualcosa.
26/03/2025: Nella piazza principale del bel paese di Nicolosi, si trova questo splendido bar pasticceria, frequentato durante il mio soggiorno in Sicilia. Il locale è abbastanza grande, curato e pulito, con una sala moderna, oltre ad alcuni tavoli esterni, con banconi a vetrina che espongono tante splendide bontà tipiche siciliane. Pasticceria fresca e secca, tavola calda, colazione e tanto altro ancora, tutto buono e di grande qualità. Trovandoci in loco in una domenica durante le festività natalizie, abbiamo deciso di acquistare un vassoio di pasticcini misti da portare a casa. Risultato: tutto veramente buono, gustoso e confezionato con prodotti di grande qualità!!! Servizio curato e personale cortese e disponibile, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo!! Sicuramente un luogo che merita, un'esperienza consigliata!!!
