31/10/2025: I may be a little biased due to my friendship with Giuseppe and his entire family, but I can assure you that both the dough (made at least 48 hours) and the mix of flours used are truly excellent. They digest quickly and well (no need to wake up early in the morning), the toppings are always fresh and high-quality (after all, nothing is left in the pantry for the sale they have) and, most importantly (the owner's pride and joy), they are affordable for everyone!

17/11/2025: Beautiful, well-kept place. Even though it was Sunday, I can say the service was fast and attentive. The pizzas were well-topped, the dough was light and very digestible. The fresh toppings are high-quality. Excellent prices. The waiters were kind and helpful.

14/09/2025: Today the lasagna wasn't good, usually I eat well, I'm sorry because I've been going there for a long time and it's strange that they served a pasta so full of oil and cream 😮💨
22/08/2025: Fast service, generous portions, reasonable prices (a main course with side dish is €8, arancini for €2), and excellent quality products. This is evidenced by the large number of locals who order takeout.
The place is clean and well-organized. There's no table service, but for a deli, it's more than adequate.

09/09/2025: We stopped in on our first night in Catania. I ordered a calzone with mortadella and my partner had a pizza. Both were delicious! The calzone was huge for 11€, I ended up taking the rest home and eating it the next day. Highly recommend!
08/09/2025: A delightful place, with attention to every detail, excellent cuisine but exorbitant prices (e.g., 4 euro cover charge per person) and very little availability or kindness from the chef or owner.

22/10/2025: In Piazza Marconi in Trecastagni, you'll find this pizzeria, pinseria, and more, where the food is excellent. The pizza dough is excellent; even though I have a hard time digesting pizza, this has never given me any problems. The atmosphere is very charming, as is the carefully detailed vintage-style decor. In the warmer months, there are tables outside, but the interior is comfortable. The baked shank and salads are also excellent. I recommend it.

Bathrooms and filthy environment.
We've seen cockroaches in the place several times.
In the summer it's scorching hot and in the winter it's cold. Apparently the owner just doesn't want to understand that he needs to renovate the place, including the kitchen. It's a shame because the food, even though it's very frozen and eaten with hands and no gloves... (I saw it with my own eyes), isn't bad. Although it's lost a lot in recent years. How the hell do you write that the food is great? Do you always come here? Do you have anything to compare it to? We've been coming here a long time and have seen a total downgrade. But worst of all is the bathroom with cockroaches. Please, Mr. Umami...renovate everything and we'll be back. HYGIENE!

20/09/2025: This place completely disappointed me. After booking on The Fork and driving for half an hour and 20 km, they cancelled my reservation and we had to go back with completely empty stomachs.

Il personale è stato gentile, educato, e disponibile.
Abbiamo mangiato la pizza e ci è piaciuta (ci tornerò volentieri) che è possibile scegliere anche tra diversi impasti.
