27/12/2025: Fantastic experience! The place is beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere. The sandwiches and pizzas are excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and the prices are in the low-to-medium range, excellent value. The evening was made special by a torchlight procession that lit up all the tables, creating a magical atmosphere. Then we got up to dance, even on our chairs! The service was quick, courteous, and efficient: they took our orders right away, and the food arrived in no time. An experience I highly recommend—I'll definitely be back!

27/12/2025: We ordered at 9.50pm and now it's 12am to order a sandwich it's impossible poor delivery service and for this delay I give 1 star

03/12/2025: A terrible experience, bordering on absurd. I asked to remove an ingredient I can't eat, and we're not talking about something integrated into the meat or the preparation: it was simply a final topping, a "decoration" added at the last minute. A very banal request, yet perfectly foreseen by the sign posted in the restaurant. And instead? I was faced with service so poor it seemed like a joke. The person at the counter responded in an annoyed and completely inappropriate tone, bringing up a supposed "company policy" that would prevent changes... and ignoring what was clearly written right there. A disconcerting lack of professionalism, a rigid and rude attitude that completely ruins the customer experience. If this is how they treat those who enter the restaurant, it's no surprise that the atmosphere exudes more irritation than hospitality. The service needs to be completely overhauled.

29/11/2025: An experience beyond reproach. Not only were we repeatedly told that some ingredients were missing, but, after wasting time adjusting our order based on what was "left" at checkout, we were told there were too many of us and they couldn't defrost the food. I'd tell the owner to alert the staff and consider whether it might be time to close!

06/10/2025: We went for a pizza tour, a welcoming place, the service wasn't impeccable. Honestly, I have doubts about the pizzas, not to mention that I'm sure the bases were frozen ones, for three reasons that I can point out if anyone has anything to say about them, but the serious thing is that at the time of the presentation contract we weren't told, much less was it indicated... for the rest, it's ok.

24/08/2025: Terrible experience. I ordered a Margherita pizza with eggplant and fries. The pizza was full of oil, and I could smell the aftertaste of unaltered oil. The fries and eggplant tasted terrible. I only ate half of it because I paid for it! The table service girl was quite polite! The rest was awful.

07/03/2026: I love my Amelka❤💚 🦋💙💛❤ McDonald's is like McDonald's, very friendly and helpful service, and also fast? 😂, efficient and tasty. The breakfast menu is lacking, so one star is missing, meaning there are scrambled eggs but they're never available, maybe the chickens are extinct 😅😁😆, the rest is fine. There are small mistakes, but what's life without mistakes 😂. The shortcomings are not only in the breakfast menu but unfortunately in other areas as well. You only see what you see.

01/03/2026: I have to say I was truly surprised, in a positive way. In a time when kindness seems rare in many businesses, here I found a completely different team: all the employees were smiling, helpful, and friendly. And this despite it being Sunday and the place being packed. I could sense organization, politeness, and above all, a desire to work well with the public. A simple experience that makes all the difference. Congratulations to the entire staff! 👏

24/12/2025: I find myself having to write a negative review. I booked 2 scacciate a week in advance for today (Christmas Eve). I asked if I could book at 7:30 pm, and they told me they could for 8:00 pm. I arrived at the bakery at 7:50 pm and found more than 60 people before me. I took number 01. Some had booked for 7:00 pm and were still waiting. It was 9:00 pm and the numbers that reached 82 went back to 76 and then went up and down again. It seemed like we were playing bingo. At 9:30 pm there was still nothing. Like many other people, I left without having taken anything! I thank the Zappulla bakery for ruining a Christmas Eve, but fortunately you are not the only ones working there and I ordered four pizzas from my usual pizzeria which was delivered to my house. PS: I don't even live in the area and I even lost my fuel bill. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN! The lack of seriousness, respect and professionalism was incomprehensible, if not beyond comment.

21/11/2025: Pumpkin sunflowers were lightly seasoned and dry on the palate. High prices, medium portions. Decent service.

23/10/2025: Aside from the tasteless dishes, the staff isn't very respectful. After you queue up and order, they tell you that everything advertised outside in the month's specials isn't available, so you have to move, choose again, and wait in line again. Never again.
