23/05/2026: Terrible takeout pizza, we threw away three because they were completely raw. And all this after having already messed up one pizza. I don't recommend it.

17/08/2025: We stopped for ice cream on the way. It's a simple place, but the quality is excellent. The pistachio ice cream and zuppa inglese were extraordinary. The lady was very kind, and what can I say about the price? It was great. We'll definitely be back!

14/08/2025: We got a kilo of ice cream from their van because they were cleaning the shop after work (so we were told), and it was absolutely disgusting! It tasted like a mix of granita and ice cream, it wasn't fresh at all, it had been stirred who knows how many times... for €15 a kilo, you can get better!

18/05/2026: After booking, they sat us at a cold, windy outdoor table. When ordering, we told the waitress we'd stay if they lowered the awning, and the waitress agreed. After a good half hour, with no waiters in sight, I went to the cashier to insist that they at least turn on the stove, but the cashier ignored me as well. The Spritz was brought to us in a broken glass, and we waited for our pizzas in the cold for over an hour. We didn't leave, just out of politeness.

10/05/2026: I was there on Saturday. The service, needless to say, was terrible. It took them thirty minutes to take my order, even after I'd said I wanted to order several times. The pizza is also good. We also ordered a large Coke and got a large Pepsi.

10/09/2025: Good bakery where I have been going for years now. I can say that the products are good, but there is one thing that really annoys me: every time I order a cake they always make it 600g more than yesterday... Meh...

02/05/2026: The quality/price ratio is practically nonexistent. The staff is rude and disrespectful of hygiene standards. Never again.

14/04/2026: Tuesday 14th April at 4.35pm I placed my order for two pocket, one budget, one friend chicken, but do you want to know what the bad thing is? I paid on the monitor with the card and no one prepared anything for me because the place was empty.

08/03/2026: Not bad, honestly I've eaten better pizzas and waited less but I'm still mostly satisfied.

06/10/2025: We went for a pizza tour, a welcoming place, the service wasn't impeccable. Honestly, I have doubts about the pizzas, not to mention that I'm sure the bases were frozen ones, for three reasons that I can point out if anyone has anything to say about them, but the serious thing is that at the time of the presentation contract we weren't told, much less was it indicated... for the rest, it's ok.

24/12/2025: I find myself having to write a negative review. I booked 2 scacciate a week in advance for today (Christmas Eve). I asked if I could book at 7:30 pm, and they told me they could for 8:00 pm. I arrived at the bakery at 7:50 pm and found more than 60 people before me. I took number 01. Some had booked for 7:00 pm and were still waiting. It was 9:00 pm and the numbers that reached 82 went back to 76 and then went up and down again. It seemed like we were playing bingo. At 9:30 pm there was still nothing. Like many other people, I left without having taken anything! I thank the Zappulla bakery for ruining a Christmas Eve, but fortunately you are not the only ones working there and I ordered four pizzas from my usual pizzeria which was delivered to my house. PS: I don't even live in the area and I even lost my fuel bill. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN! The lack of seriousness, respect and professionalism was incomprehensible, if not beyond comment.
