01/09/2025: I visited for work with a colleague and found the place quite busy, which is definitely a positive sign. We were greeted with kindness and personality, and after perusing the menu, we asked the waiter for advice, who suggested some off-menu dishes. We also chose the pappardelle with black truffle, which had just arrived: we saw it with our own eyes as they were preparing it. A truly pleasant experience, made special by the care and quality of the products.

25/08/2025: **English below** ------------- My Monday lunch experience in brief: almost an hour's wait for three plates of overcooked pasta, despite there being about 15 people in total. Several dishes on the menu were only partially available or unavailable due to a lack of certain ingredients. Overall, the food tasted okay. The waiters were friendly. Pizza was unavailable at lunch. The place certainly doesn't deserve one star, but not more than three. I don't know if I'll return, but if I do, I hope to have a better experience. I'm attaching a photo of the seafood linguine, which was certainly a generous portion, but the sauce was completely runny (the consistency of water). Note that clams were unavailable (as were other ingredients), so I hope this is an exception and not the norm. It should be noted that in the absence of clams, an extra langoustine and mussels were added, which was at least a welcome gesture. -------------- My experience in a nutshell: a wait of almost an hour for three plates of overcooked pasta, even though only about 15 people in total were there. I've attached a photo of the linguine allo scoglio, with a portion that was certainly generous but the sauce was completely watery. You can somewhat see this in the bottom part of the image, although it's not very clear - my bad for running away without taking any pictures after not even finishing the dish. I want to stress though that clams (clams) weren't available - like other ingredients - so I really hope the look of the dish is exceptional and not the norm. I must say that in the absence of clams, an extra scampo and some extra mussels were added, which was at the very least a thoughtful gesture. Oh and by the way I'm a local - I think it's worth mentioning it, just in case someone thinks that I'm a tourist and I know nothing about Italian cuisine.

09/11/2025: Last night I got some take-out pizzas, exceptional dough and cooking, exceptional toppings, punctual with the schedule only fifteen minutes late "it's okay" the only flaw if I may be the toppings a bit too few.

13/08/2025: I love it. The food is authentic, fresh, and homemade. It's Chinese cuisine that's hard to find in Italy, and it won't weigh you down or break your wallet. And the lady who runs it is incredibly kind; it's clear she puts her heart into what she does.

01/07/2025: They make fresh drinks every week and the ramen and ravioli are very good, the lady is also very friendly. The rice is also very good. It's my favorite place for ramen in Catania

25/05/2025: Disappointing service. I tried to use the QR code to access the restaurant app, but none of the ordering devices worked. I reported the issue to the staff, but was told that the devices were perfectly functional and that it was not possible to use the QR code directly at the cash register, which is quite unusual. The service was also extremely slow.

14/05/2025: The girl who served us was very helpful, the products they sell for food are unimaginable, we are not even talking about fast food or pre-cooked food, all of very poor quality.

A heartfelt thank you to Anna, whose kindness and helpfulness made the experience even better: she went out of her way to please me and was extremely attentive and thoughtful. The pizzas were delicious, soft, and full of flavor—you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. Impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and great customer service. Highly recommended! 🍕✨
