24/08/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time, adjacent to the Etnapolis shopping center. The location was nice. The service was quick but inattentive. I ordered a chicken fillet sandwich and received a breaded chicken fillet (if I'd wanted a cutlet, I would have specified breaded chicken when ordering) completely soaked in oil. The oil made the sandwich so inedible that I had to remove the meat from the sandwich and continue my dinner with just the cutlet. I also found the waiters' haste to take away your plate unattractive. The prices were above average. Overall, a decent experience, but I don't think I'll return.

11/06/2025: I went with a friend at lunchtime to this bar. As soon as I entered it was as if I bothered them to be there. There was an elderly gentleman behind the counter who seemed to be doing me a favor. I take the granita, the coffee, a little water. Moral of the story nine euros. A bar with such an old fashioned atmosphere, with such simple, normal things to eat. But they seemed like they were doing themselves a favor. Overall elsewhere things cost less with more smiles. They are also made in a better way.

06/07/2025: I had the pleasure of enjoying a granita with Brioche and to say it was delicious is an understatement, I brought one of the Brioche home to enjoy separately!! CONGRATULATIONS to all of you, I'll be back soon.

16/08/2025: August 15, 2025: Lunch with a set menu. We booked for 1:00 PM and arrived at 1:22 PM. We started with the appetizer at 2:30 PM!!!! After that, for the first course, we lost track of time: over an hour of waiting and watching the staff come out of the kitchen with the first courses, often not knowing where to take them, and they brought them back, leaving many diners high and dry. The staff tries to adapt with very little success! No manager to manage the waiters, who are now completely out of sorts, and no sign of the owners to report the enormous inconvenience. Out of politeness, we didn't leave the restaurant, and out of politeness, we paid a fortune for a quality and quantity that was, to say the least, nonexistent and deplorable. We won't be returning!!!

15/08/2025: The evening of August 14th, the inside dining room was packed, while the courtyard outside was full, and everyone had reservations. Our group arrived at 8:30 PM, a table with several people, and the request for water arrived quite a while later. Orders were taken at 10:30 PM after several reminders. At 11:30 PM, there was still no sign of any food, and when we asked for information, they said they were starting to prepare our order. We all left our tables and left after reporting the poor service. Other people, however, complained that they hadn't eaten yet, just like us. They're not exactly used to managing a full dining room or even just a few people, because I've occasionally gone as a couple, and they're very, very slow.

23/08/2025: The third time you've made me wait 30 minutes for a sandwich, you've convinced me to write my first Google review. You're the first McDonald's I've been to in my 28 years that manages to transform a fast food restaurant into a true slow food establishment. Incompetent and even rude staff. You spend your time chatting with colleagues, leaving sandwiches on the carts for 10-20 minutes, depending on how interested you are in the conversation. Your manager (or perhaps director) had to intervene to alert you to my presence at the counter and finally let me get my order: without her, I probably would have waited 40 minutes. You're incapable of distinguishing between orders for delivery and those for pickup at the counter. You ignore customers queuing to pay cash. You only empty the top shelf of the cart, taking it back, and leaving the sandwiches on the bottom shelf to cool, forgotten. When, exasperated, I point this out to you, you reply with surprise that the sandwich was hot. No, it wasn't. Sandwiches are good hot, not cold.

22/08/2025: Good food, not greasy like other McDonald's. The line moved quickly. Excellent service. Clean environment, including bathrooms.
