27/09/2025: Good food, reasonable prices considering the location. I expected higher prices. A pleasant surprise.
23/09/2025: If you're a tourist, they take you for a fool. You choose food from the bar and they swap it for something less appetizing. They move you to another place because there are two of you, but then they let two more people sit because they're German. Crowded, rushed, fast food, decent and cheap, but bland. If you come to Etna, AVOID IT.

21/10/2025: I usually find good food and great customer service at these lesser-known establishments, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I've been twice, the first time so-so, but the second experience was extremely disappointing: the food was undercooked and the service was slow and chaotic. In the end, I paid the same as at a renowned restaurant.
19/10/2025: The food was average, but the service was poor, especially with the owner. He doesn't know how to manage or respect the customer. (He makes you gasp for air.)
Because he brought the dishes without finishing the appetizer first, etc.

11/06/2025: I went with a friend at lunchtime to this bar.
As soon as I entered it was as if I bothered them to be there.
There was an elderly gentleman behind the counter who seemed to be doing me a favor.
I take the granita, the coffee, a little water.
Moral of the story nine euros.
A bar with such an old fashioned atmosphere, with such simple, normal things to eat.
But they seemed like they were doing themselves a favor.
Overall elsewhere things cost less with more smiles.
They are also made in a better way.

06/09/2025: Very slow service, plus very rude people even with children, small place inside and uncut pizzas, and furthermore you can't even bring drinks and food that are not from their pizzeria, place not to visit

06/07/2025: I had the pleasure of enjoying a granita with Brioche and to say it was delicious is an understatement, I brought one of the Brioche home to enjoy separately!! CONGRATULATIONS to all of you, I'll be back soon.

12/10/2025: We stopped for lunch but didn't stay. The reception was very cold.
After waiting a while, we left.
05/10/2025: The restaurant is in a great location, easy to reach at the foot of Mount Etna. There's plenty of free parking, a beautiful view, clean air, and excellent food.
Excellent and fast service.
I especially thank Roberta for her kindness and helpfulness.

23/10/2025: Generally speaking, McDonald's aren't unpleasant, but there's one thing that needs to be clarified here. I've compared McDonald's in central Sicily, and I've noticed a lot of differences, such as the small portions of food and the rude staff. As shown in the photos, once I ordered the bacon-filled fries, and they gave me very little; another time, however, I ordered a Baci Perugina flurry, and as shown in the photo, they gave me very little.
19/10/2025: Your colleague CHIARA refused to come near the table to clean it, not only did she point us out to another colleague, she also started badmouthing us, and it's not even the first time. All good, but reconsider the people you hire!

26/08/2025: The bar is across from the Flix bus stop, so it's in a very convenient location. The food is very good and fresh, and the prices are affordable and fair. The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent.
04/08/2025: The staff is poorly trained, very rude, and overly friendly with customers. The bathroom is dirty and there's no soap. Go to the bar next door, and you'll definitely find a better experience.
