Highly recommended.

31/05/2025: Una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai mangiato, abbiamo ordinato delle pizze a base di pesce (tonno bianco e malavoglia) con impasto integrale, era ben lievitata e soprattutto croccante, i sapori si sposavano alla perfezione. Location vista mare.
12/05/2025: Ristorante pizzeria sito sulla piazzetta antistante il porto di Acitrezza. Location d’annata, pizze nella norma, assolutamente migliorabili, personale non particolarmente gentile. Prezzi a mio giudizio elevati e non giustificati né dal gusto delle pizze, né dalla cortesia, né dalla location.

20/09/2025: We had already visited this restaurant two years ago, opposite the Norman castle of Acicastello. We returned because it had held a fond memory, for the location, the quality and attention to detail of the dishes, and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We were convinced that nothing has changed and it was worth the wait.
11/09/2025: Beautiful! We ate in the rain, truly enchanting. The appetizers were fantastic, I highly recommend them.

18/07/2025: Un giovedì sera di lunga attesa per delle pizze arrivate in ritardo e per giunta sbagliate . Essendoci un bambino al tavolo abbiamo chiesto che la sua pizza arrivasse prima e invece è arrivata per ultima!!
Bibite arrivate con molta calma , ghiaccio richiesto più volte .
servizio lento che deve essere sempre sollecitato .
Ci siamo seduti alle 20:30 e ci siamo alzati alle 23:50.
Consiglio di migliorare l’organizzazione… perché se in un semplice giovedì accade questo , non oso immaginare un sabato !

03/09/2025: We were there last night, and I can honestly say the pizza is truly excellent—I think it's one of the best in Catania. It's packed with top-quality ingredients, and the dough is delicious and easy to digest. Perfectly cooked, the staff are really friendly, and the prices aren't too high. My compliments, we'll be back as soon as possible.
30/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience.
When the portion of fries arrived (which doesn't justify the €5 price tag, given their truly small size), they weren't provided with small plates, which we later requested.
The Margherita pizza (hard to mess up) arrived burnt the first time, and the second time half-burned and half-raw.
The flavor? Tomato water.
The fried pizza was filled to the bare minimum.
I'd say it was a failed experiment.

09/07/2025: Soggiorno incantevole presso la Locanda Popolare, è un vero gioiellino, con un'atmosfera accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. Le camere, arredate con gusto, sono pulite, confortevoli e dotate di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ottima per esplorare Aci Castello e dintorni. Abbiamo cenato qui durante il nostro soggiorno di due notti e la cucina è ottima, piatti freschi e gustosi e il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a fornire consigli e informazioni utili. Prezzi onesti!
Un'esperienza davvero indimenticabile, torneremo sicuramente! Altamente consigliato.

15/06/2025: affidateVi al cameriere Filippo, Vi consiglierà il meglio, sopratutto un 1° piatto Paccheri allo scoglio, fenomenali, non prendete il sorbetto un pò annacquato, e l'anguria.il resto ok.
09/06/2025: Mancano servizi essenziali. Avevamo bisogno di costumi e teli mare e non avevano ne l'uno ne l'altro. Il minimo di cui aspettarsi da un lido al mare.
